Rate Details (In US Dollars)
IN SEASON $875/WEEK INCLUDING TAX(Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend).
OFF SEASON $675/week OR $110/night in WINTER monthly rate of $1100.
NO SMOKING UNIT AND NO PETS
Cleaning available for a $100 fee. All rentals require $150 security deposit.
50% of the rental is due at time of booking with the balance due four weeks prior
arrival. Mailing of the key with directions will occur when the remainder of the
rent with the $150 security deposit received. Payment accepted by personal check,
Money Order, or Certified Check. Note:Booking held without deposit for 5 days.

My family and my sister with her kids came to stay on 8/20 for a few days before school started. What we like best about the condo was the pool and the private beach. The overall complex was very well kept and was safe for the kids to go from the pool to the beach alone. We will be coming back, but next time, we will be staying more than a few days. I have highly recommended this unit to my friends, it is better in person !
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We were able to escape to Carolina Beach for the Memorial Day LONG weekend and were lucky enough to rent Larry and Beth's beautiful Condo on the beach. Their home was great. It had plenty of room, super clean and had that 'home away from home' feel. We felt very comfortable and even met some of the neighbors who were extrememly nice. The condo is beach front and you get a perfect view of the ocean from the balcony. We were able to walk right out on the private access and set up out on the beach with plenty of room around you. Each night we would walk to the boardwalk to eat and shop. Of course we ate at Britt's Donut shop and then Franks Pizzarea. Both were AMAZING and have become tradition. Beth and Larry's condo is in a perfect location, right in the middle of it all, but far enough where you can escape into your own serenity if needed. Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! and hopefully soon!!

Everything was great! Great view, spacious, everything we needed for our vacation. Not having to bring beach chairs and toys was a huge bonus. This condo is evn better in person than the pics and description. Beach was very family friendly and if we are in the area again we would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was very nice and we are looking forward to going back. We had a great view of the ocean and it was quiet and relaxing.
