IN SEASON $875/WEEK INCLUDING TAX(Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend).
OFF SEASON $675/week OR $110/night in WINTER months or monthly rate of $1100.
NO SMOKING UNIT AND NO PETS
Cleaning available for a $75 fee. All rentals require $150 security deposit.
50% of the rental is due at time of booking with the balance due four weeks prior
arrival. Mailing of the key with directions will occur when the remainder of the
rent with the $150 security deposit received. Payment accepted by personal check,
Money Order, or Certified Check. Note:Booking held without deposit for 5 days.

  • We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was very nice and we are looking forward to going back. We had a great view of the ocean and it was quiet and relaxing.
