Located just 40 minutes from historic Charleston, on Kiawah's East Beach, Turtle Point Villas are only 1/4 mile from Kiawah's luxurious hotel, The Sanctuary, with its exceptional restaurants, bars and spa. This villa is 200 yards from the Turtle Point golf course clubhouse and a short walk or bike ride to the beach.
This is a newly renovated two bedroom two bath villa. The master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and on suite bathroom with tub. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with an attached full bathroom. The guest bedroom also features a TV and VCR. The bedrooms are newly carpeted.
The villa's kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and a breakfast bar. Right off the kitchen is the dining room which can comfortably seat 6. Also adjacent to the dining room is the screen porch as well as a back patio where you can enjoy dinner while taking in nature around you. The screen porch has a table and chairs for 4. The deck has patio furniture.
The open lay out between the dining room and family room makes it a great room for gathering. Plenty of seating and a flat screen TV await you in the family room. The main living area of the condo has bamboo floors.
The villa is equipped with a washer and dryer. WIFI available.
Rates do not include fees and taxes. 5 night minimum stay.
Weekly rates ranger from $820-$1,700 depending on season.

My family and I came for the Easter holiday and we loved it! despite the cold temperatures! The condo is clean, decorated beautifully, had great mattresses, and stocked with all the necessities. It is in a very shaded area which would be great in the heat of the summer. And just a quick bike ride to the beach. We would usually see 2 gators on the way to the beach which was cool for my kids! and a quick bike ride to Heron Park, too. this condo is a perfect place for a family or a girls' weekend. i'm trying to figure out when we can come back. i've already recommended the property to many of my friends!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

About the owner: We have been coming to Kiawah Island since 1986. It is a family friendly resort where you are close to golf, tennis, the beach, nature trails, and bike trails.
