This is what you call LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Situated in the North Forest Beach area on Coligny Circle at THE BREAKERS, unit#123, you not only have the ocean beach directly available and can listen to the waves break while in your condo relaxing, you also have right outside your condo, restaurants, Java Joe's Coffee Cafe, Piggly Wiggly, movie theater, and many retail shops. You do not even need a car once you check in to our place! You can cab from the HHI airport and save on the car rental.
The Breakers has an oceanfront pool and kiddie pool surrounded by a large sun deck equipped with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. A boardwalk provides a great place to relax and offers easy access to the beach and ocean. A huge plus is that our unit overlooks the pool and ocean. The picture posted (photo #2) is your pool (separate KIDDY POOL) and ocean view from your private deck. It is easy to watch the kids from the deck for peace of mind and if they forget something, you just drop it over the railing to them!! At night, the palm trees are lit for a stunning view with the ocean beyond.
This condominium has been recently re-decorated with new furniture, wall coverings, and a remodeled kitchen and bath. Nicely appointed with a comfortable feel. View of the ocean and pool from the living room and kitchen. A privacy door separates the living and sleeping areas. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and is separately enclosed. The bathroom commode has a built-in potty seat for our younger guests. The two 6’ bunk beds will fit older children. Dining area seats four, with two breakfast bar stools. Our first floor unit (an easy one flight up, the Breakers does not have elevators) is close to the stairs. The keyless entry is convenient for the whole family.
Weekly rentals are Saturday-Saturday. A 40% down-payment is required when reservation is made. Balance due 30 days B/4 check-in. A security deposit of $150.00 is returned after you check out. NO SMOKING IN UNIT OR ON DECK! GUEST IS CHARGED $150.00 TO CLEAN UNIT IF THEY SMOKE IN OR OUTSIDE ON DECK. In accordance with the Condominium Association rules, pets are NOT ALLOWED and parking permits are limited to one car per rental. Must be 25 years or older to rent this unit.

We had a great stay at the condo and are already thinking about coming back next year. It really looks exactly like the pictures and is very clean and well maintained. The location is perfect with direct access to the beach and two minutes from shopping and restaurants. We found the keyless entry especially convenient and the reservation process was super easy.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a relaxing week here. The place is professionally decorated to the max. We walked or rode our bikes everywhere. We liked the keyless entry, no lost keys or cards. Owners were very helpful.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+.

We had a wonderful week away. The condo is well maintained and comfortable. The pool was nice and warm even when though the weather was cool outside.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

So sorry I am just now leaving a review. Our stay in this condo was life-giving. Your excellent communication and kindness was a blessing. We stayed two weeks .....the best two weeks of the year for us! Even though it was mid-December we enjoyed beautiful sunny weather. Would love to do it again next December.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

The unit was very clean and exactly as described. Owners were easy to deal with and were prompt with their communication and refund of security deposit. Unit was the typical one bedroom design found throughout Hilton Head. For two people, very comfortable. More than 2 adults, it would be crowded--like all one bedrooms on the island. Very convenient location on Coligny Circle--walking distance. Very short walk to the beach. A good deal for the price.Recommended for: Age 55+.

The rental process was a snap. Once we arrived the room was nicely equipped and clean. The location was great with a private pool and entrance to the beach. Shopping was within walking distance and was able to rent bikes to travel around the island. Overall it was a Great Stay and we would come again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.

Centrally located with just a walk across street to Coligny Plaza with all kinds of shops and dining. Great view of the ocean and pool with easy and short access to beach. Condo is exactly as pictured, clean and well maintained. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Owner was great to work with and very detailed. About the owner: Greetings! We trust you will enjoy Hilton Head as much as we do. We've been coming here for years and never tire of the island. Our two now-grown children have spent many summer weeks on the beach and now we bring our grand-children. I enjoy golfing and my wife enjoys walking on the beach.
Why the Owner Chose The Breakers:
The Coligny area is terrific for the whole family. It is close to the beach, close to restaurants, shopping, bike rentals and miniature golf. Access to this part of the Island was greatly improved with the construction of the by-pass, so it is easy to get off the Island for golf or day trips to Savannah or Charleston.
