Walk back inside the condo and head down the hall way to THE MASTER BEDROOM which includes a private jetted tub, 1- TV/VCR combo, cable, King size bed. Sitting Area, and plenty of room for personal items. Walk outside the Master Bedroom to the patio and enjoy your very own 7 person hot tub. Walk back in and down the hall to see the:
GUEST BEDROOM which hosts a queen size bed and plenty of space for personal items with a full bathroom just across.
Upstairs in the LOFT features 2 Giant Queen Sized Futons for additional sleeping, plus 2 blow up queen sized matresses,linnens, etc. Dinnng for 6, a 3rd Full Bath, plenty of storage,a Gas Fire place & TV.

We just returned from Deer Valley and enjoyed our stay at Chapparel. The location is ideal for skiing in Deer Valley or going to main street in Park City. This was during Sundance and it was extremely easy to get to the downtown area but away from the crowds of Park City. The shuttle stops right in front of the condo! We are skiiers and the lodge is within walking distance although we chose to shuttle!! Deer Vallley is a great ski resort and rated # 1 in the nation for the past 5 years! The condo is spacious and since we were all girls, it was really nice having the extra space and especially the 3 full bathrooms! The hot tub on the patio was wonderful after a long day of skiing! I highly recommend the condo and the owner Mark was very helpful and efficient: )
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We love this condo! It was the second time in two years that we stayed there. Everything is well maintained and high quality. The view of Deer Valley ski resort is actually what you see in the pictures. It is the perfect location, right between the ski resort and town. It comfortably fit 4 adults and two kids. If you don't want to run out to the hot tub you can always just use the jacuzzi tub inside. We will defintely stay there again. The owners are very quick and helpful too.

We (2 couples) stayed in the condo on 2/21/08 for 4 nights. Everything was great. The condo was just as advertised. Owner was very easy to work with and was very accommodating. I'd rent from him again w/o hesitation.

Mark, We had a great time in Deer Valley and the condo was just as advertised. I echo the comments from previous renters and will definitely stay there again next year. The unit was well appointed and you were very responsive to my inquiries. The location was right on the bus route and only took a couple of minutes to get to the slopes.

This is a wonderful condominium that is within minutes of Deer Valley, home of the world's finest skiing. The condominium is beautifully decorated and has all the wonderful amenities skiers are looking for. We enjoyed the hot tub each evening after a full day of skiing. The wonderful kitchen and outdoor barbeque grill provided us with a full range of cooking options. Another large plus is the convenience of the shuttle bus. The stop is located directly outside of the condominium and provides access to all ski resorts and shopping areas. Lastly, and most importantly, the owner is very attentive and quickly took care of our requests. You will not be disappointed with this property, it is superb. CB

Wow, we enjoyed everything about our stay in Deer Valley. We enjoyed all the extras the condo has, "private hottub" the fireplaces, and the view of Deer valley. I can not put to words how much we enjoyed the condo and the Deer Valley area, but we did not find it neccesary so venture elsewhere for skiing because the hospitality at the Deer valley lodges and on the slopes was the Best.There was plenty of great skiing. We hope to return next year.

Our experience was very positive! You will not be disappointed with this rental. The property is nicely appointed and is in direct view of the Deer Valley ski resort. It is a long walk to the resort (about 400 yards), but the shuttle stop is only steps away and driving and parking is not a problem. The pictures are respresentative of the acutal layout and high quality furnishing you can expect. Our vacation rental and payment transactions went flawlessly. Great space to live in. Large, close to base. Well appointed and maintained. Large private hot tub. 2 fireplaces. Full kitchen. Right on bus line. Quiet. We will stay there again. Recommend unit highly. Owner very prompt and accurate in all commuincations.
