Our spotless, lovely furnished 1/1 home is on a ground floor with tropical plants around it.
A bedroom has a queen size bed, mirror with a dresser, chest and a walking closet. All linens, comforters, towels are provided.
Open plan dining area with 5 windows and a lot of lights. There is a dinning table with 3 chairs, a desk for computer, 2 coaches and a TV as well as full kitchen.
All appliances and utilities are included; refrigerator, oven, toaster, microwave, WiFi Internet connection, washer/dryer, a lot of dishes, pots, kitchen utensils, iron, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning stuff is provided. Everything is for your vacation comfort and enjoyment.
Siesta Key beach is only 7 min driving. Close to golf courses, YMCA, Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Great location makes easy access to excellent restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, movie theatres, shopping stores, post office, golf courses, fishing, boating, parasailing. Red Barn-the largest flee market, and Ellenton Outlet Mall is close also. There is so much to do in this area, you’ll never get bored. Easy access to major roads allows taking advantages of many tourist attractions in the area: old Bradenton for its harbor, library, museums, other historical buildings and world-known Ringling Brothers Museum
Siesta Keys, Anna Maria, Holmes and Bradenton beaches (7-15 min driving) is the most beautiful and worldwide famous white-sand beaches. Close to Sarasota-Bradenton Airport(10 min), Sarasota (15min) St. Petersburg, Tampa, (30-45 min, Orlando/Disney World (2,5 hours)

We had the pleasure of staying on this very well maintained, tastefully decorated and fully furnished house for a week and couldn't have asked for more. Located centrally to attractions and only minutes from the finest Siesta Keys beaches, famous Armand Circle with the best restaurants, and the most beautiful sunsets. The owner was readily available to assist with our requests, and very helpful with additional information and directions. We'll definitely keep at top lost for future travel in this area, and recommend it to our friends.

Awesome! this place was absolutely beautiful, close to everything. The House was everything the owner says it is. It is so clean, and beautifully furnished. I couldn't of had a nicer place to stay at. The owners are absolutely the best people in the world. Very caring! and truly want you to enjoy everything, which we did. The place is only a couple miles from the best beach in the world and only 15 minutes from many awesome things to do.

I stayed here for 4 weeks in April and like it a lot. Pretty quiet even though the road it's on is busy at times but a sound proof screen on the windows makes a big difference. I never heard the street noise. I slept well here (nice comfortable bed). Location is may be its biggest advantage if you plan to explore the area. Still, it's clean and comfortable. The large walk-in closet is nice. The bedroom has plenty of drawers with a big mirror. Open plan design for dinning, living, and kitchen makes it feel as a spacy and full of light home. Grocery stores such as Albertson's, Walmart, Sweet Bay, Publix are a few minutes away by car, and two or three golf courses are a short drive (a few miles) away, Ringling Museum is also a few miles away. Beaches are only 5-7 min driving and they are the best. I was informed by the owner regarding the music lessons, and it didn't bother me at all, as well as parking. The landlord was very nice and tried to help me out with my little problems all the time. Overall, I always looked forward to returning here after a day of sightseeing or beach staying and would certainly recommend this rental place.

My wife and me stayed at the house from Jan through March. We enjoyed our stay very much. Location is just excellent, close to beaches, downtown, shopping, movie theaters, flea market. The house itself is spotless, appliances are brand new, furnished with great taste, very cozy and comfortable. The landlord is very nice, and help us out with all our small requests and problems. Music lessons which was taken on the other part of the house had never been a problem for us, and never bothered us. We love this house and enjoyed our vacation very much

What a NIGHTMARE!
What a NIGHTMARE!
What a nightmare! My spouse and I stayed at the property for about 7 weeks when we relocated to FL from the northeast at the end of 2012. The house is located on a very busy road in a bad part of town, across the street from a bar. We couldn’t even open the windows because the cars were so loud. As soon as we got there, the bathtub was clogged. We notified the owner right away. She told us “it works this way.” After many weeks of dealing with the tub filling up half way after each shower, we told the owner to fix it or we’d report it to the FL Department of Consumer Services. It was fixed within 2 days, the week we were moving out. I guess it didn’t “work that way” after all. During our stay, the owner gave music lessons in the “back of the house” on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for hours on each day. However, her daughter was there almost every Saturday morning as well (which wasn’t part of our agreement) and asked us not to do laundry while she was teaching. You can hear the lessons – the students singing and playing instruments and it is very distracting when you’re trying to have a quiet evening at home. We couldn’t park our cars in front of the house when the lessons were going on, which was very inconvenient. The owner was very nice in the beginning before we made the reservation and sent the money. Once she got the money, she was rude and unpleasant to deal with. We couldn’t wait to move out.

Owner response: Dear Alina, We apologize that you didn't have a good time staying at our affordable vacation home near downtown Sarasota, St. Armand Circle, Ringling Museum and only 10-15 minute drive to Lido Key and Siesta Key beach. To respond to your review we have to point out a few things which brought up this complain from your side. First of all, you have been provided with all information including property address, shared home business/rental situation, lack of parking near downtown Sarasota, tenant’s agreement and had plenty of time to review the location and the situation. There are many properties for rent at VRBO which offers complete privacy at a double rate. It was YOUR choice to rent our property. The reason our vacation home is offered at a deep discount during the peak season is a shared part time music business/rental situation, what is fully disclosed on VRBO site. You didn't seem to have a problem with anything before you moved-in. It has been against the house rules to bring Three!!! vehicles that you had brought and purchased for you and park all 3 cars on our property. You were well aware that it was not enough parking as it was but still continued to bring cars. Bathroom was working fine prior to your move-in date and has been fixed before you moved-out. Also we have a special sound proof film on all windows to protect house from street noise and outside heat. Your complain regarding the busy road and not be able to keep the windows open (what is really unsafe) doesn't have any grounds. There's a good public outdoor pool nearby, adjacent to a park; I wish I'd discovered it early in my stay, because I love to swim laps and it wasn't crowded on a Saturday morning. In the beginning, this place may be a little hard to find when you're driving at night, but there are a number of landmarks nearby, including a fire station, American Legion outpost, and BP gas station. Location may be its biggest advantage if you plan to explore the area. Still, it's clean and comfortable. During my stay I didn't see a single bug. The large walk-in closet is nice. The bedroom has plenty of drawers. Overall, I always looked forward to returning here after a day of sightseeing or other tourist activities and would certainly recommend this place.

Fine rental home
Fine rental home
My wife and I stayed at this nicely kept rental home in March. We were pleased with the cleanliness and care the owner takes with the property and guests. The home is spacious, very clean and well maintained. It is not on the beach as it is inland northeast of downtown. But it is a very short drive to the Ringling museum, downtown Sarasota shopping and the beach areas of Siesta and Longboat keys. We found it very comfortable and priced right. It is located on a fairly busy highway but that was no problem for us.
