First floor, single home located close to the bay and a short walk to the beach. Walking distance to all of Margate's finest restaurants, bars, and water activities. Just a short drive to Atlantic City and Ocean City.

Recently renovated, our lovely home has ceramic tile flooring, ceiling fan / air conditioners, wireless internet connection and cable TV. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and the living room hosts a chaise couch which converts to another full-size bed for additional sleeping. The cottage comes completely furnished including kitchen supplies. Meticulous landscaping, front and back deck, outdoor covered shower, walkways and outdoor patio furniture. Small but cozy (only 400 square feet). Beach tags and all utilities included.

We prefer couples. A fully refundable security deposit will reserve your week, weekday or weekend. A rental deposit, full payment, signed lease and signed property rules are necessary to complete the process. Personal meeting and phone screening is required.

                    Being a former Abesecon Island resident before the days of Trumpland,Borgata,and Taj Mahal,I Came back to a Atlantic City High School 50th Reunion with my wife of 48 years and was lucky to have been able to find this little gem in the city of Margate. The owners were very kind, almost family like, in their concern for our comfort and wellbeing.We were completely at home and totally enjoyed our stay.Will def be back if our luck holds out and it is available in the future.

                    Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

                    LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this beach house!!!! My husband and I rented over 4th of July weekend and this was the best stay ever! From beginning to end the transaction with Gina was simple. The place is perfect for a couple, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. Close to the beach & restaurants, we never moved our car. We will definitely rent here again!!! Thank you Gina.

                    Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway.
