Welcome to our beautiful home! Located in the South Walton Beach area at Blue Mountain Beach, nestled between Grayton and Santa Rosa Beach along famous 30A. The Village of Blue Mountain is the perfect get away for families looking for that special vacation experience on some of Florida’s most pristine beaches.
The Village of Blue Mountain is located on State Road 30-A and State Road 83, minutes from Watercolor, Seaside, Alys and Grayton Beach. Our two story condo has four bedrooms with three full bathrooms, each comfortably decorated and includes a TV/DVD player. Each bedroom has a queen bed with one room having a queen/twin bunk bed perfect as a kids room located downstairs. We are located across from the large community pool, which has a workout room, outdoor showers, bathrooms and plenty of lounge chairs, perfect for when the little ones tire of the beach. Blue mountain village has beach access and there is also public access to the beach that is about a 10 to 15 minute walk (or a minute car ride) that both include parking and bathrooms. Also, there is Grayton State Park that is about 2 miles down 30A that has beautiful access that also includes parking and bathrooms. You will find this vacation a wonderfully relaxing place to stay with so much do or a place just to get away and enjoy Florida’s emerald coast. Big Daddy’s bike rental is located in Blue Mountain Beach and this gives you the opportunity to roll up and down 30A at your leisure enjoying all the area has to offer.
Speaking of, there is so much to enjoy, all of it minutes away: golfing, kayaking, bike riding and of course, did I mention, SHOPPING. Just five to twenty minutes away is SeaSide, the Silver Sands Outlet mall, and Destin Commons, with many major retailers. And if you like to eat you might want to do some research. Some of the best restaurants in Florida are located along 30A from great pizza and burgers, to the best homemade lobster ravioli in the state. There is something for everyone’s taste. Also worth checking out is Pier Park, Panama City Beach’s recently completed shopping and dining destination.

For the exercising enthusiast, there is a 22-mile long jogging and biking path that is just outside the condo, that spans all the beaches that is a must see.

Our family of five enjoyed our Spring Break stay at this condo in The Village. Not only was it clean and well equipped, but it was so large that we could all "escape" to different parts of the unit and have all the privacy we wanted. The decor was fresh, beachy, and very tasteful. We spent our nights cooking dinner and playing several of the board games that were in the closet. This location sure beats the noise and party crowds of Panama City and the bumper to bumper traffic in Destin. We had some questions about where we could find a grill on the property and the owners were very helpful on the phone. We rented bikes and probably put 500 miles on them that week, going back and forth to the beach and ice cream shop! We enjoyed staying this far off of the beach because it made us exercise (to work off all the ice cream). Thanks for great Spring Break memories!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.
