Walk or take the neighborhood valet to and from one of the world's most renowned and beautiful beaches. Or, just relax in the swing on the wraparound porch and enjoy the Gulf breeze! All streets in this neighborhood are lined with palms and shops, restaurants plus the Carvel Ice Cream shop are just a block away. And let's not forget my favorite morning ritual with the Starbucks Coffee Shop just a short stroll each day!

This spacious home has a very open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The home features three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds with twin bunk beds and a twin trundle in the third bedroom. This is a great home for two families to share a vacation.
If you enjoy golf then you will love the new Tom Fazio Camp Creek Golf Course. Located just a mile away, Camp Creek was completed in 2001 and has been ranked as one of the top new courses in the country. If you enjoy biking then you are coming to the right area with bike paths that run for miles and miles. Whether you prefer the pool or the beach this place has the best of both worlds. If you make it to the pool first though you may not leave!
