  We had a great time, condo is close to beach and walk downtown. View was great and management was easy to deal with. Plenty of room in this nice kept condo

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  Our family had a great time at the Condo. Very close to the beach and walking distance to shops & dining. Owner "Lex" was very accommodating the day we arrived and left. The condo had everything we need to cook, do laundry, and relax & enjoy the labor day weekend. Great view of the beach & peir. We plan to come back next year and see other areas of Charleston we didnt get to see in the little time we had this year.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  This quaint condo has beautiful ocean views and the sunsets were just incredible. When you come from the North, this is just the environment you long for! The condo is spotless, the artwork eclectic, lots to do at the beach and Charleston. One is able to walk everywhere in Folly Beach from this great place. I am definitely going to book it again for a fall return. 5 Stars out of 5.

  The person that you email about this property is not the same one you call. While staying here I had an unanticipated family emergency. I called the number and spoke to a gentleman who said he understood and a refund would be provided. He told me to be in touch by email. I went round and round by email with a female and after 10 days was told I was never told I would get a refund. Now neither person is responding by phone or email. Also note this property is not beachfront, its across the street from the beach with views. The picture of the ocean and pier have plant in it to hide a parking lot which is what you look out directly to.

  Owner response: This renter was never told she would receive a refund when she voluntarily left the unit. She has received her answer and that is she is not receiving a refund as she left on her own accord. We could have rented the unit many times over as we get many emails on a daily basis especially during the summer and spring season. The parking lot does not block the view of the ocean and pier as the unit is on the third floor center with the greatest views and sunsets. Obviously this renter is not happy she did not receive a refund - The condo is beautiful and the view is also. Thank you. Mary

  The place was great! Everything we had hoped and more. Very close to all the shops and restaurants on the main strip. The sunrises were spectacular on the deck! Beach was a stones throw away and we enjoyed it fully. Thanks again
