The Malibu is a newly built, 29 unit condominium, which is located on a spectacular stretch of white sandy beach. This upscale condo is 1 mile north of downtown Flagler Avenue and 7 miles south of Canaveral National Seashore. Wake up to breath taking views of the Atlantic Ocean, and enjoy sunrises from your balcony and sunsets from your porch. You can walk, jog or bike-ride for miles, sun bathe, surf, swim and fish with magnificent views in each direction.
Our 3 bedroom/3 bath ocean-front condo is located on the fifth floor. The interior of the condo has been newly decorated with designer furnishings, custom window treatments, and luxurious linens. The kitchen, living room and master bedroom open directly to the large balcony, which captures a panoramic view of the ocean and overlooks the pool, Jacuzzi and beach. This 2000 sq ft condo, with 10’ ceilings and oversize door walls provide spacious living and sparkling ocean views from the kitchen, living room & master bedroom.
New Smyrna Beach is a charming town with a mainland historic district and quaint beach-side downtown. We often describe it as “Florida’s last beach town” with all the charm and hospitality of small town USA. This safe & family oriented community offers the amenities of a larger city without the congestion & traffic, but the beach makes the magic and brings you back. New Smyrna Beach covers 13.2 miles of hard packed sandy beach with Smyrna Dunes Park & Ponce Inlet to the north and Canaveral National Seashore to the south, which adds another 24 miles of pristine coastline. Watch the surfers and fishermen along the beach, bike to Ponce Inlet or the National Seashore and enjoy miles of panoramic views. We are conveniently located one mile south of Flagler Avenue with all its fun shops and restaurants and within walking distance to Walgreen’s (2 blocks), Publix (just down the street), and many local restaurants. This condo was prettier than the pictures even depicted. It is a gorgeous condo that is meticulously maintained and the views of the ocean are amazing! The owners are so nice and it was a pleasure to rent from them. I plan to return and would love to stay a month next time. Kitchen is well stocked and the appliances are great! I highly recommend this condo for family reunions. We rented two condos and had a total of 12 family members enjoy a week at the beach. The condos are so spacious and beautiful that we just had a wonderful week together. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Six girlfriends stayed at this gorgeous condo for 8 days and loved every minute of it. The furnishings are top notch and the linens were fantastic. Everything you could possibly want or need was furnished by the owners. This is a first class vacation home and the listing photos didn't do the condo justice. There was absolutely nothing any of us would have changed, it was beautiful. The Property Manager was great and was available anytime we needed her. The beach view was spectacular and we enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony and then our afternoon wine and cheese. We would highly recommend this property to friends and relatives. The owners were delightful to work with and very accomodating by letting us have the unit for an extra day. All in all a lovely experience.

Our family stayed for a week at this amazing condo in July and absolutely loved it. It was decorated to the max with two wonderful king size bedrooms and the third with a great queen bed. The bathroom in the master bedroom was a great place to relax; either in the jacuzzi tub or the large walk-in shower. Fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, beach toys and towels were an added bonus. The view of the beach was spectacular with the large balcony which extended the whole length of the condo. We will certainly be back next year and many more years to come.

THE BEST CONDO WE HAVE STAYED IN BY FAR! Over the years, we have stayed in many condos, rental properties in New Smyrna as well as many other locations across the country. These owners and this condo rated far above any others. Everything you could need was supplied plus many, many extras that made us feel we were staying with family!!! Plus the furnishings were beautiful and comfortable! The owners checked with us to make sure everything met our expectations. YOU WILL NOT GO WRONG STAYING HERE! We are already trying to coordinate our weeks with our grown children and their families to return next year, if not before then! THANK YOU to Dave and Phyllis for a fabulous vacation!

It was a great condo. Very clean and spacious. Beautifully decorated. Owners were extremely helpful and provided a great deal of information about the area. We loved New Smyrna Steak House and Blackbeards. Our entire week was great. I would recommend this condo to friends.

My family spent a week at the Malibu condo. From the moment we arrived, we knew it would be an awesome week. The furnishings were exquisite and the kitchen was the hub of our activity. The owners wanted our stay to be perfect, and let me just say....IT WAS PERFECT! The cleaness of the condo was unmatched by any we have ever stayed. The security of the facility was outstanding. The close proximity to groceries and restaurants was great. We were all sorry to leave, but know if we ever go back to New Smyrna Beach, our room at the Malibu was the best!

We absolutely loved your condo. Everything was in great shape and was just wonderful while we were there. Since leaving, we have all commented about missing it! (Our favorite restaurants were PJs and New Smyrna Beach Steakhouse. And, we enjoyed renting the mini car on the beach.)
