Fill your relaxing vacation stay with color and life. This vibrant 3 bed + Bonus Room / 3 bath reverse floor plan is your perfect vacation get away. With an exquisite first floor entrance, you will delight at the breathtaking mural in the grand hallway. The mural is a one of a kind creation superimposing Rosemary Beach’s main street town center on the hallway walls. Painted by one of HGTV’s Modern Masters, Skip Dyrda, this mural depicts a lazy beach afternoon on Main Street with vacationers enjoying local activities.
The first floor has three bedrooms, two baths, and a laundry closet. The master bed/bath suite offers a truly elegant experience with beautiful antiques, a queen bed, and a flat screen LCD/DVD TV combo. The master bath offers a scrumptious experience, with marble counters, a whirlpool/Jacuzzi soaking tub, and enormous standing shower. The first floor also has two other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds; both are filled with wonderful color and character and share a spacious bathroom, with two sinks and a shower tub.
As you go upstairs, you will be greeted by a spacious floor plan amenable to family and social gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking pleasures with stainless steel appliances; including a double oven with convection capability, side by side refrigerator, two built-in dishwashers, and a stand-alone ice-maker to stock your ice-chest on your beach-going adventures. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen HD TV with a DVD/VHS player and separate 5-CD player. Also, you’ll find the Bonus Room with a large screen LCD TV, internet-connected Blu-Ray player, Wii gaming system and unique, two twin pull out sleeper sofa. Bring your Wii controllers and preferred games and if desired, ID/passwords for Hulu, Netflix, etc online content via Blu-Ray device. The Bonus Room has a regular door to close off for privacy, if needed. Both the living area and bonus room share an attached bathroom with a pedestal sink and spacious standing shower.
When you are ready to really relax, step out onto the porch veranda with your glass of wine and enjoy your overlooking view of the children’s playground and a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. The adjacent porch to the veranda features a fully screened-in area for your entertaining pleasures. If you desire a quiet, secluded area just step into the back courtyard where you can soak in the warm Florida sun and lush, green foliage that will surround you.

My family and I loved staying at Cochran Cottage. The house is beautiful, has everything one could ask for, and is so close to the beach. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip and highly recommend this house for anyone looking to stay in RB.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We love rosemary and this house! Great location next to a perfect enclosed little playground and very close to the beach. The pool isn't very far and it happens to be pretty close to the tennis courts and indoor pool as well. The house itself is so nice. I love the high end master bathroom with white marble glass shower and chandelier over the tub. But it's not so fancy that I'm worried about Having my little kids. I didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

I almost don't want to write a review since it will lead you to rent this wonderful property, enjoy it, and then tell all your friends about it too... We stayed twice over long weekends and didn't want either trip to end. It feels like a home away from home we want to share with all of our family and friends. We want to take the kitchen, master bath, 2nd floor balconies, and of course the beach back to our normal house. The beach is a 5 minute walk away with 2 kids (and all of their stuff) in tow. The town square is a leisurely 10 minute walk from the front door. Scenic 30A runs right through Rosemary Beach. Grocery stores and restaurants are only minutes away by car. Panama City Beach nightlife is 15-30 minutes by car but we would rather sit on the upstairs balcony listening to the surf and enjoying a glass of wine. We can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

The information was accurate. The house was very well maintained and in a great location. We would visit again. We would also recommend to friends and others. The owner was very helpful in answering any questions and was very responsive. The photos were accurate. This home is so cozy and personally decorated. The main entry mural is breathtaking. The rates were perfect to for such close proximity to the beach and other town amenities.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
