This is the best location you can find! It is within walking distance to several wonderful Little Italy restaurants, a short cab ride to the Gas Lamp Quarter, Petco Park, San Diego Convention Center, and many more attractions. Little Italy is a wonderful neighborhood within the San Diego Downtown Area that is quieter than the Gas Lamp area and also only a short walk to most of the attractions Downtown San Diego has to offer. The complex has a workout gym, a pool table, a lap swimming pool, a spa, & several barbecues for your grilling pleasure. Conveniently located across the street is a neighborhood dry cleaner, a full service workout gym ( membership required), a Seven Eleven & the Spicy Pickle restaurant which is a great place to pick up dinner to-go if you're not in the mood to cook. 'Extraordinaire Desserts' is also right next door and is known for their world renowned award winning desserts. It is a must see if you don't mind adding a few calories on for the day!!!

I lived in this beautiful condo for 3 years. I absolutely love San Diego and would live in no other area than Little Italy. Everything is close, MLB Baseball, local restaurants, Coronado and the Hotel Del, San Diego Bay, Horton Plaza.
