If you are not familiar with Celedon Resort, let me give you a few facts. Celedon Resort is 4 years old and when it was built, it started a building trend on PCB. The architects of Celedon figured out the perfect formula for a beach resort when building on one of the top ten beaches in America!

The key was to make all the rooms beach-front and put all the amenities like-- covered parking, tennis, game rooms, exercise rooms and secondary pools across the street from the beach. The key here was to connect them with a “climate controlled walkover” from the rooms to the amenities. The idea took off so well, that within 24 months, there were over 20 duplicates of this ultra successful original design under construction.

Celedon however, will always have its location as its biggest advantage over these new copy cat designs. Celedon, is the Last Resort—going west that is. When you stand on the balcony of the best view on the beach, you will have an unbelievable view of the beach and the crystal clear water. When you look to the right (west) into the gorgeous sunsets, you will see that there are only two story cottages and condos as far as the eye can see.

Celedon is the last luxury resort on the west side. What this means to you is…less crowds on the beach and on the streets. For the true beach connoisseur, this is heaven. And the best part is that while you are on the quiet side of one of the most beautiful beaches on the planet, you are still just moments from the best attractions.

Lets start with Pier Park….everyone else does. Its all the rage!! Featuring Jimmy Buffets Margarittaville and several other fabulous entertainment and eating icons. Oh, and then there’s the shopping. I, myself like to either lie on beach, or eat and drink while at the beach, but being married, I understand the importance of shops like these and deals like these. And the best part…it is only three minutes from Celedon.

For more immediate needs, there is a shop across the street for ice management and beach supplies—Alvins Island—a PCB icon on the beach. Plus there are grocery stores a mile in either direction.

Bottom line—its all right here at Celedon! And if it’s not, then it is within minutes. When I myself come to the beach, my philosophy is to stay on the beach and leave it as little as possible. I want to see every sunset, and battle every high tide with my sand castle building tools. I want to have perfect ice management, and discover something new each time I come down. I have my favorite spots that I am more than willing to share with you; along with my favorite servers in those establishments.
