  From the beautiful entryway to the luxurious bedding, & fantastic views of bay, Miami and beach, this suite is exquisite! It even looks better than the pics on the website as everything was just remodeled July 2012 --freshly painted in lovely, soothing colors, modern furniture, & even really nice artwork. Having access to the large screen computer & stereo, & large screen tvs & washer & dryer were great amenities. The suite was very quiet as we didn't hear any noise at all. Ari was super nice to work with & returned calls / emails quickly. He is very professional & wants the best for his guests, & he returns your security deposit promptly after your stay. The hotel is beautiful, the beach area is really clean & not too crowded, all the pools & hot tubs throughout the resort are super, & the location is also ideal as you can use your own car or grab the bus right across the street. Walgreen's & Publix Grocery are nearby via car/bus too. The daily spa passes to the renowned Lapis Spa was such a generous touch & was one of the best parts of our stay. Absolutely beautiful & extremely relaxing --definitely splurge on a Swedish massage &/or facial. The only small touches I think Ari should add is one more frying pan to the dish collection (we like to cook), & an extra chair or two on each of the balconies that offer the most spectacular, totally unobstructed views & the Miami skyline view will leave you speechless. We can't say enough positives about our stay here. After reviewing many other places, we are so glad we ended with Ari's place as our final decision...well worth the money. We are very picky & we were pleased with the exceptional hospitality of the staff, especially Alfred at the front desk, & very much look forward to returning again. Well done, Ari! I can see why your suite is rented so frequently as it is top notch. We truly hated to leave to head back to Pennsylvania & our only regret is that we didn't book it for 2 weeks instead of one. We dined both on-site & at a fantastic Peruvian restaurant on Washington in SOBE, even had great carribean ribs & delicious sweet plantains at Pollo Tropical for lunch one day, loved Casa Tua, & many other wonderful nearby restaurants offering exceptional Cuban cuisine. We also did the duck/boat tour leaving from James Ave. & that was so much fun. Kudos to Ari for sharing his slice of heaven with us & we are very grateful and blessed to have had such a remarkable experience. Thank you!

  We choose this suite at the Fontainebleau for a surprise birthday getaway for a friend. Even though we had overcast & rainy weather because of tropical storm Issac there was so much to entertain us at the hotel we were happy. Between the incredible restaurants ( Scarpetta and Hakkason for dinner & Vida for lunch) and the Lapis Spa and the suite was so beautiful and comfortable we were happy to just hang out there! We brought snacks, and bar goodies & the kitchen was perfect except for only two coffee mugs. We never could get housekeeping to bring us two more! The pictures do not do it justice. It is beautiful, modern and clean. The views were great day and night. The hotel requires a $50 cleaning charge per day or pay $175 at checkout. That was not clear in this llisting but Ari said it would be changed. Payment procedures and refund of deposit we quick and went smoothly. Can't wait to come back for another fun weekend!

  It was a pleasure to talk with the owner always responded promptly and very friendly, answered all my questions and any concerns I had right away. The room is gorgeous! I was there for a wedding all the other guests who viewed our room couldn't believe the great deal we got. Amazing! Thank you so much we will be back soon again!

  The Tressor unit is fantastic with a nice bay and partial ocean view. The owner was easy to work with and made for a great trip to Miami.

  Had a lovely stay at the property. The unit is fantastic, with amazing views. Everything is in the unit that you need. You feel at home. It was also spotless. The unit was on a high floor in the tower, so it was quiet even when things were active outside. Ari was a pleasure to work with and answered all of my questions quickly. I will certainly rent from this owner again!

  I have stayed at the Fontainebleau at least 6 times in the past 18 months, and every visit has been wonderful - with my family, for a couple of girls weekends, to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday, and this last time just to spend some solo time with lots of R&R and shopping. This was the first time I booked through VRBO and it was a great experience. The unit (Sorrento Oceanview Jr Suite) was well priced (WAY less than booking through the resort). It's in a great location on a high floor with sweeping views from ocean across the pool and all the way to downtown - water everywhere and high enough to not get any noise from the pool area even during the weekend of parties. The unit is in impeccable condition and just beautiful. The owner was very helpful and responsive - I will definitely look to rent again when I can. Having been to the FB frequently, my favorite things to do are spend time on the beach (way nicer than the scene at the pool, though that can be fun to visit while having lunch at La Cote), work out at the great Fitness Center, enjoy Lapis Spa, and eat at Hakkasan. All the restaurants are wonderful, but Hakkasan is truly special. All in all, great unit, great price, great stay!

  My husband and I have stayed at many luxury resorts over the years, and I have to say that this experience has been at the top of them all!! What an amazing condo unit in a lovely resort. The condo is absolutely magnificent, comfortable furnishings, very clean, extremely quiet, appointed with everything one could possibly want - and extremely spacious. And the views - what can I say about the views, but simply amazing. We will look forward to returning!!!
