  Let me tell what you what a nice stay we had at this Ocean Front Condo!! It was just exactly as it was described on the website. Everything that you would need is right there in the condo plus more. It was very neat and clean and there was always a nice fragrance when you entered the door. The mattresses were so comfortable!! The view was exceptional!! One morning there were people horseback riding up and down the beach. Lots of them and that was an added bonus for me!! The owners went above and beyond, in my opinion, to make sure that we were comfortable and pleased with our stay and we also got phone calls from them to make sure everything was good with us and to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. I have stayed at a lot of places in the area but none quite as nice and friendly as this one. We went to Hamburger Joe's for the first time while there and it was great!! You need to try it!! Thank you Gary, for making our stay more than we had hoped for!!

  We stayed at the sun n sand in Oct. We were so excited with the ocean view just pulling up to the resort! The room was exactly as pictured, and very clean. The view off the balcony was amazing. The sun came up right in front of us. Spent way too much time on the balcony just watching the waves. We even had the dolphins come and spent about an hour watching them one morning. We were pleased with the off road parking deck, the owners had everything we needed for our stay, , (wish we hadn't packed as much). Restaurants were many and close, no problems driving. The only down side to this resort was the hot tub didn't circulate and could have been warmer, but we didn't come to the beach for a hot tub anyway. The staff was very friendly and answered all questions we had. The owners were great to work with, and even called to check to make sure everything was okay. We would definitely stay here again. Be sure to eat at Angelo's. Great food.

  We always come to Myrtle Beach several times per year to visit our daughter who attends CCU. We continue to try different resorts through VRBO. We were extremely pleased with the amenities in your unit. The beds were so comfortable and the linens were certainly a cut above typical hotel linens. The pictures were spot on with the rental's appearance and amenities. It was unbelievable how well organized the space was and how all of our luggage and belongings could be put away and out of sight. Our view was fabulous-we saw dolphins for the first time from the balcony. It was convenient to many restaurants and for the first time we attended a show at Pirates Cove. It was wonderful! Thanks again for the ease of renting and your beautiful unit. We would definitely like to stay again.

  Great place for a good price! As owners stated, the elevators were slow, but sounds like they are upgrading them in the near future. Would consider using again.

  To all of you that have stayed with us in Unit 510 at the Sun N Sand over the summer of 2012. We very much appreciate your patients and tolerance while the complex undergoes a few major renovations that have been progressing rapidly. Every floor has new hallway carpet, ceramic landing areas infront of the elevators installed. The swimming pool & bathroom area have all new Tavartine tile for looks and durability. The next major renovation is revamping of all the elevators. When this is complete, it will bring the complex up to par with other complexes in the area.   The room was exactly as discribed which in this day and age is difficult to find! The access to the beach was wonderful! This was a great vacation which was made very easy by the owners. Very easy to work with! They even called us twice while we were there just to check in and see if we needed anything. Overall I woould rate this experiance as a 10!! Great week at the beach, we will be back!

  Nice room and super nice staff! This is our first expereince renting from an owner and we were very pleased we would definetly rent again. Our only con was the complex renovation.

  Our stay was better than expected. The condo was exceptionally clean and cozy. It provided everything any guest would need to enjoy their stay, including beach chairs and an umbrella and even boogie boards. The view was perfect and so relaxing. Beach access is right downstairs. I celebrated my birthday while there and couldn't have found a better place to celebrate. There's also a little local grocery/convenient store just a short walking distance across the street for all your provisions. I have recommended this condo to several friends and family members. The price is unbeatable for such a beautiful location and accomodations. Thank you Gary and Ramona for all of your help in making our stay so nice.
