  Pepper Place is a nicely appointed four bedroom home in a residential neighborhood. The home is located a few blocks from the Main Street (the quaint main thourghfare of Grapevine) and a couple miles from the Grapevine Mills Shopping Mall. My four year old grandson visited us on several occasions and particularly enjoyed the unique playground four blocks away. The only negative from our perspective (a retired couple) was the proximity to DFW landing patterns and almost constant airplane traffic starting about 6 am. Several restaurants are within walking distance . We would consider returning to Pepper Place in the future.

  The listing was very accurate. The location was close to shopping, eating, and walking areas. This was important to us because we brought our 75 pound Labrador Retriever. Both we and she loved the spacious common areas and the fact that the yard was fenced in. The gas fireplace was a really nice bonus at night when it was 30 degrees outside. The owner was very helpful in accomodating our special needs. There was enough room to entertain our relatives who live nearby and to allow initmate spaces for smaller conversations. We appreciated the amenities, including Wi-Fi, pots and pans/dishes for entertaining, and a washer and dryer to allow us to pack lighter. We will definitely look forward to staying here again!

  This house was very clean, nicely decorated and more spacious than it appeared in the pictures. It was conveniently located near restaurants, a grocery store and the conference center we were attending.

  I just spent a fantastic weekend reuniting with old friends at Pepper place. We had such a great experience with the house. Super roomy, very clean, perfect location to Grapevine & Dallas, and in such a quiet cute little neighborhood. I highly recommend this place for families, friends, and anyone wanting to rent a house that already feels like home.

  We recently stayed at Pepper Place and can't say enough about the experience. We rented Pepper Place for ourselves and our mothers to stay as we all gathered for our son's wedding. The listing on VRBO was very accurate, the photos reflected exactly what we found when we arrived to the home. The location was exceptional and close to Main Street. The ammenities were beyond what we expected, the neighborhood was nice and quiet and a great area for walking or biking - there was absolutely nothing missing. The owner was very helpful when we were planning our stay, and the VRBO contact was very courteous and extremely helpful and accomodating. We will plan another trip.

  We were four ladies having a SPRING FLING in Grapevine, TX. This large and well decorated house was the answer to us being able to relax and have plenty of room for everyone to have their own bedroom. This rental cost less than our previous hotel stay in the area. Everyone was very pleased with all the amenities and both the owner/property manager were friendly and made us feel so welcome. We have already recommended Pepper Place to other friends and will definitely continue to do so. We shopped Main Street and were able to see a glass blowing demonstration which gave us a greater appreciation for that art form. Of course BIG FISH and ESPARZA'S were delicious meals for us. Pepper Place is as lovely as the photos showed and the neighborhood is very quiet. We were only .5 mi from Main Street. IT WAS FABULOUS!

  We really enjoyed our stay at Pepper Place. The property offered everything we needed and more! The house had a great layout offering privacy for all guests and was very clean. Our conference was at the Gaylord Resort making this a very convient location for us, only minutes away. Everyone was very easy to deal with, from booking to housekeeping. We forgot a pair of sunglasses and Barb called right away and mailed them home to us. Great experience!

  We really enjoyed the house - a great gathering place - no complaints at all. Well, one small thing wasn't right - the toilet paper holder in the master bath was loose and fell apart, but I just took my leatherman and screwed the small set screw back in tighter, and all was well.

  We were able to stay at Pepper Place and it was wonderful! We met our daughter and two grandchildren who drove from OKC (we live in San Antonio). It was the perfect place to meet and we found the house to be comfortable and clean. Barbara was very helpful and available by phone. The photos were accurate and the neighborhood seemed safe. We noticed a lot of people walking and jogging along the street (there is a nice sidewalk) and there is a great park only a few blocks away. I would recommend this house to our friends. Glad we found it!

  The Pepper Place was very charming and the amenities were perfect for our stay !! Grapevine is a beautiful area with so much to do for the romantic at heart or the family on a vacation. I would definitely consider coming back and would recommend the property to anyone.
