Our 1882 cottage has been lovingly cared for with a wonderful shabby chic beach house feel. Recently enhanced by the addition of new living room with fireplace and a master bedroom overlooking Casey Farm. We are just 50 yards from the Narragansett Bay shoreline. In the evening, watch the moon come up over the sparkling lights from the Newport Bridge as you relax on the cozy front porch. We are centrally located to shopping in historical Wickford (5 min.) or Newport with its gourmet restaurants, shopping and famous cliff walk.(15 min.) The cottage backs up to the fields of Casey Farm, a working farm since the 1700's with a bountiful farmer's market weekly. We are steps to Saunderstown Yachtclub, a small friendly club catering to boating, swimming and sailing lessons. We are 15 min from beautiful Narragansett beaches. Bring your kayak and enjoy the Bay or walk to our charming, friendly and active little library just up the hill.

My family and I just finished our summer vacation at this charming cottage in Saunderstown. My two young children loved watching the boats on the bay from their bedroom window, collecting shells on the beach near by and the spacious yard to run around. This house backs up to Casey Farms and my son got huge thrills when the farmer would mow the grass and wave at him! There is the cutest library within walking distance that we frequented often. My husband and I loved the outside patio where we would enjoy a glass of wine and the lights of the Newport Bridge. We stayed a month and absolutely loved each day! The neighborhood is so friendly and is a short drive to Narragansett and Newport ...not that you need to go anywhere! :)Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

This was one of the most charming little jems my husband and I have ever rented! Close to everything, beautiful views and neighborhood, great walking area! So close to some of the best beaches in Rhode Island and lots of great shopping and antiquing. This is an area where will always find something fun to do and the Casey Farm is an added bonus to the area!!! Thank you for our wonderful time, we will be back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
