Welcome to our beautiful waterfront home in Milton, Florida. Milton is a suburb of Pensacola, FL and is located on the Florida Panhandle. From our home it is a quick 20 - 25 minute drive to the sugar-sand beaches of Pensacola Beach. Bring your own boat and enjoy fast access to Escambia Bay which leads to the Gulf of Mexico! There is a free neighborhood boat launch and plenty of room in the driveway to store your boat trailer.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at The Terry Cove Home.It was absolutely more than what I expected it to be. We stayed at the Terry Cove House in March 2013 to be near our daughter and grandkids. Also to escape the frozen north. We found the house fully equipped as advertized and especially comfortable for our month's stay. Two of our children visited for a week and were very comfortable in the guest rooms. This house was accurately reflected in the online photos and was clean and well maintained. During our stay our grandkids enjoyed the Sea Lions (as did the grandparents) at the Gulfarium; we experienced history at Ft. Pickens and the awesome Naval Aviation Museum; and the beautiful white sand beaches. We highly recommend this home.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We stayed at the Terry Cove House august 22-25, 2012 to be in the area for our Navy son's Winging Ceremony at Whiting Field that week. The house was everything promised and even nicer than the photographs. Very restful with the canal out back and screened in porch. Plenty of space, wifi, tv, full kitchen, comfortable sofas and beds...all very, very good and about 20-30 minutes from Whiting Field. I would highly recommend this home! Try "Aces" in Milton for a good, family breakfast out one morning.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We rented the home for a family reunion in the Milton area. the home was just what we needed for our family. We wished it was warmer and we brought our boat as the dock is perfect. We did sit outside a little but it is winter and it was chilly, We plan on coming again maybe summer and bringing our boat. Nice quiet neighbor hood and the home was well kept.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

A fishing buddy & I stayed at the Terry Cove house for 5 days in October and found everything to be as advertised. The house was exceptionally clean with all essentials provided. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a waterfront location with boat dock. I have stayed in the Milton area before and except for the traffic and road conditions, everything was as expected, including a good supply of restaurants.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners.

This rental is perfect for people who want to spend quality time with friends and love ones, in a wonderful atmosphere. The house is beautiful with all most all you need. The property is close to all your needs but far enough away for your visiting privacy. The dock out back offers relaxing sunsets and fishing fun. After two days my family and myself were look at the other rentals from Sea and Sky Rentals to plan our next vacation! Take my word you cant go wrong with this rental group, hopefully your lucky enough to get in and we don't beat you to it!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.
