From our home it is a quick 20 - 25 minute drive to the sugar-sand beaches of Pensacola Beach. Bring your own boat and enjoy fast access to Escambia Bay which leads to the Gulf of Mexico! There is a free neighborhood boat launch and plenty of room in the driveway to store your boat trailer.

- House is located on a waterfront lot, behind the house is a navigable canal that leads to Escambia Bay and to the Gulf of Mexico. Free local boat launch 5 minutes from the house by car or boat!!! House has a pier and boat slip with hoist for 30 ft boat. A boat can also be tied to the pier. Great fishing nearby and even in the canal.

We rented the home for a family reunion in the Milton area. the home was just what we needed for our family. We wished it was warmer and we brought our boat as the dock is perfect. We did sit outside a little but it is winter and it was chilly, We plan on coming again maybe summer and bringing our boat. Nice quiet neighbor hood and the home was well kept.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

A fishing buddy & I stayed at the Terry Cove house for 5 days in October and found everything to be as advertised. The house was exceptionally clean with all essentials provided. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a waterfront location with boat dock. I have stayed in the Milton area before and except for the traffic and road conditions, everything was as expected, including a good supply of restaurants.

This rental is perfect for people who want to spend quality time with friends and love ones, in a wonderful atmosphere. The house is beautiful with all most all you need. The property is close to all your needs but far enough away for your visiting privacy. The dock out back offers relaxing sunsets and fishing fun. After two days my family and myself were look at the other rentals from Sea and Sky Rentals to plan our next vacation! Take my word you cant go wrong with this rental group, hopefully your lucky enough to get in and we don't beat you to it!!!
