The Marina Golf is a secured complex and conveniently located just one mile from the P.V International Airport, 1/4 mile from the Galleria Shopping Mall, and is only 4 miles from downtown P.V. The city of P.V. is very safe to walk around day/night and prides itself in having friendly people who speaks both Spanish and English.
Our condo is tastefully remodeled and has all the comforts of home. A great place for families or couples. The Masterbed has deluxe King size bed, large closet , tv and attached masterbath. Additional bedroom is oversized with two full beds and room for another. Guest bath is in hallway. Kitchen is remodeled and fully equip with all new appliances. Living has new comfortable secrtional, TV and stereo. A laundry room with new washer/dryer. patio has unobstructed mountain/Champion golf course view with comfortable mexican style furnishings. Enjoy watching a game of golf drinking your coffee or margarita. The complex is secured and the pool feels like your own backyard. If your traveling with children, our complex gives them room to play and meet other children.
Marina Golf condominium has beautiful secured well manicured grounds, adult pool and kiddie pool, two tennis courts, a tennis pro for lessons, palapa bar/ BBQ, maid service twice a week. Our condo is spacious light filled end unit on the 5th floor with both front and back patios. The champion golf course is a short walk away and great view from pation. This condo has all the luxuries and supplied with everything you will need to create a entertaining and relaxing vacation. We have priced it right, not to make a fortune, but to allow others to enjoy P.V. as we do.

We stayed in this condo for 8 months, and considered it our home. The unit is well kept, and had everything we needed for our stay. Any issues were handled by the owner via email. Yes, the balcony overlooks a street, (not highway) but the view of the golf course and mountains is beautiful. You should ignore the other review, it does not truely reflect this property. The grounds of the complex are beautiful and well kept. If we were going back to Puerto Vallarta this year, we would definitely stay there again. The master bedroom is good sized and it has a huge bathroom. Both bathrooms have updated tile in the showers. The kitchen has everything you need, and the layout of the condo is perfect! Vallarta Adventures has an office right below the complex, and you are picked up right in front of the condo for all of their activities. They are also the best to book your tours with. There is now a brand new elevator! I would rate our stay as excellent.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This stay was not very good. First of all the lift didn't work so walking up 75 steps wasn't easy. No idea when it would work again if ever. Noisy with traffic, you can't see the 4 lane highway just a view of the golf course which has nothing to do with the property. Neither TV worked at all after I asked specifically if they worked & I was told yes. Management wouldn't fix as it's not their job. Pillows on beds lumpy & stained, had to buy new ones, owner wasn't helpful at all & didn't want to fix anything. The BBQ was dirty so I was told just don't use it by the owner. About the owner: We are from Alaska and lived in P.V. for one year. We simplified our lives and emerged ourselves into the Mexican culture. Puerto Vallarta was the perfect place for us. The girls went to a private bilingual school and now have lifetime friends in Puerto Vallarta. Our condo is charming, and comfortable. We love the location, the food and friendly people. We are an active family and love to travel, our favorite destination is Puerto Vallarta.
