The House has got a lot of open furnished spaces where have barbecue, summer suppers, relax, freshness and sunbath, living the nature and the mild weather. Just 100 meters, you can feel part of the local life, tasting food and wine in the restaurants, shops and bars or you can get the Buses to move simply for landscape and cultural excursions in the coastline and to the known places of Amalfi, Ravello, Capri, Sorrento, Pompei. The shuttle Bus take you in 5 minutes to the beach or to the mountain to do more activities as trekking, canoe, climbing, snorkeling, diving, discovering all the beauty of this land.

Through a flowered avenue and a beautiful garden you get to the independent entry of the apartment.

The house is two floors with two rooms with exit on the terrace on the first floor and two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower plus a room service.
A staircase of marble that is leaned out on the living takes to the second floor where is another bedroom with bathroom and exit on the pleasant solarium with plants, sundeck, umbrellas and shower.
In the house there is another room with a little window inside, like single room.
At the garden level there is another room separate from the appartement , with own bathrom and terrace , for 2/3 sleeps.
So the house is available to rent from 4 to 10 people ( off corse with different price)

Positano is not easy to get to then you find yourself never wanting to leave. This is the perfect home to be in while staying on the Almafi Coast. We did lots of day trips for sight seeing. Hiking the "Walk of the Gods" was a highlight for us. Our host, Gippy and his Mom were invaluable for information on eating, swimming, trains and buses. The International Cafe is a great gathering place for the locals and we had a blast hanging out with them. We walked to the sea eaisly down lots of steps. The bus was close when we wanted to explore, the boat to Capri was convenient.......Gippy has a garden and he let us pick basil for our daily Caprese Salad.....fresh peaches, eggplants and squash.....I highly recommend this property!Did you find this review helpful? Our group of four had a wonderful week at Villa Giada. The villa is situated up the hill from the main part of town. While at first, we regretted not being a bit closer to the happenings below, we came to be very happy where we were located. The view from our veranda was so intoxicating that we spent large amounts of time just sitting and looking out at the incomparable view. The main part of Positano is only 15 min. walk or a short bus ride away. The owner, Gippy, did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable and definitely added a warm, personal touch. The property was clean and comfortable. The internet never faltered. We would stay there again and would highly recommend others staying there. Mille Grazie Gippy!Did you find this review helpful? This is a charming Villa that feels like home even when you first get there. The views are stunning and the people are wonderful. Clean and well maintained. It is very convenient to get on the bus to go to other towns as well as the local bus. We enjoyed walking to the beach but this entails many steps! Although everywhere in Positano is many steps. You can take the local bus back but we preferred the workout so eating dinner and drinking wine had no guilt involved. The only downers; this listing does not have a bbq grill and the washing machine is not in the villa. It will cost you 6 euro plus washing detergent.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

This was exactly what we needed, we had never been to the Amalfi Coast and luckily got it right with this villa. We have 2 small children and they LOVED it, we had no problem navigating the hills and secret steps down to the beach. Here's the secret: the best food is up where the villa is. It is affordable and made for locals, and our host hooked us up with great places to eat and shop. We had a couple with us and they enjoyed their secluded room upstairs with a private bath and GORGEOUS views. It was perfect for us, great price and lots of room. We cooked at home a lot and the grocery store is only 100m walk. We miss it already!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.
