We have shared our vacations with our friends, our families and everyone always loves our oceanfront condos and all the amenities and activities near Ocean Walk Resort, you will not be disappointed !
Ocean Walk Resort is the only one in it's class in Daytona Beach. This location offers more pools, more activities in an oceafront setting than any other resort nearby. You can enjoy the lazy river, 3 additional outdoor oceanfront pools with a 1.5 story slide and water gym. You will also find 2 indoor heated pools, a fitness center, free indoor mini golf and planned children's activities.

For your vacation, we can offer 2 lovely, updated 2 bedroom condos.
There are 2 separate floorplans and each has it's own special features !!
You will have an oceanfront balcony, large living - family room and full kitchen. Each condo has a washer - dryer (although not fun on vacation, a very big convenience) and jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. There are 2 baths in each of these condos.

We want you to know that you will be renting from the owner of the condo -- not another owner managing many. We want to make your stay special and pride ourselves on our number of repeat guests. We have updated the rooms with new furniture, carpet and you will find everything wonderfully maintained. We do not use on site housekeeping -- it costs a bit more, but it allows us to have our own towels - sheets and kitchen equipment that will remind you of home - and we are also able to keep a few extras in the kitchen and thru out the condo.


Please add $100.00 Cleaning fee + 12.5% taxes to Rental Rates
$300.00 security deposit required to book unit
50% down on the 1st, at least 60 days prior to arrival
50% down on the 1st, at least 30 days prior to arrival
Add 3% if paying by: Paypal or Visa-MC-Discover

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, security deposit will be forfeited and a credit of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved. If we are able to rebook the property, we will issue a prorated credit for your rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. The credit can be used towards your next vacation with us. We recommend trip insurance for your protection.

  • Thanks for a Wonderful Family Vacation. The Condo was very clean and comfortable and everything was as promised. The resort is in a great location and we had no major problems. This is a very busy resort but, overall handled the crowds well. We would definitely stay again.

  • We had a great time and had 0 problems getting into our room or with the room itself. As to be expected with a resort this large, you spend a lot of time waiting on elevators, but we had a great family vacation. The location could not be better unless you do not want to be in the middle of all the action. Pool area as well as the whole resort was very nice. The only negative that I would say is that this is a very popular and crowded resort. If you do not like crowds, this will not be the place for you! Great stay and will do it again!!

  • We had a wonderful time!! The whole family (7) was able to be together in the condo and we enjoyed every day of it. We had to complain to Oceanwalk about 2 of their security guards, every minute of every day they were rude and angry towards everybody, that made it not so pleasant outside in the pools, but that isn't Renata's fault, just bad choice in hire for Oceanwalk. We let the front desk know our bad experiences and they took care of them. Thank you Renata for such a beautiful and clean condo for us to stay in all week!

  • The condo was outstanding. Very clean, beautiful and all in great condition. The view is perfect and the location is more than desireable, within walking distance of almost anything you could want. If I am ever in Daytona again, there is no doubt I will do my best to stay in this condo.
