We have our 2 oceanfront 2 bedroom lock out condos listed below, these are condos that we own, but for a more economical stay at Wyndham's Ocean Walk Resort- ask about our timeshare units too, although we cannot guarantee oceanfront on those units, we can guarantee a great rate.

Ocean Walk Resort is the only one in it's class in Daytona Beach. This location offers more pools, more activities in an oceafront setting than any other resort nearby. You can enjoy the lazy river, 3 additional outdoor oceanfront pools with a 1.5 story slide and water gym. You will also find 2 indoor heated pools, a fitness center, free indoor mini golf and planned children's activities.

We want you to know that you will be renting from the owner of the condo -- not another owner managing many. We want to make your stay special and pride ourselves on our number of repeat guests. We have updated the rooms with new furniture, carpet and you will find everything wonderfully maintained. We do not use on site housekeeping -- it costs a bit more, but it allows us to have our own towels - sheets and kitchen equipment that will remind you of home - and we are also able to keep a few extras in the kitchen and thru out the condo.

Aug 18th - Dec 31st $ 995 - 1250 Weekly
** Holiday Weeks $ 1350 – 1500 Weekly

$300.00 security deposit required to book unit
50% to book condo
50% down on the 1st, at least 30 days prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, security deposit will be forfeited and a credit of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved. If we are able to rebook the property, we will issue a prorated credit for your rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. We recommend trip insurance for your protection.

We so enjoyed our stay in this condo. The descriptions & photos were 100% accurate. Very clean and well cared for. The condo had everything you would need from beach toys and chairs to anything and everything you would need in the kitchen and bathroom. Condo is conveniently located near the boardwalk as well as the 3 story shopping center. Once the car was parked we didn't use it again until it was time to pack up and head home. Ideal for any type of family looking for the perfect vacation.
Recommended for:Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Condo was ready for us and very well equipped! Everything we could need was right there for us. Location was fabulous and all ammenities were just as described by the owner. View was amazing. If we were to visit the Daytona area again, we would certainly rent from this owner!

Thank you Renata for renting your condo for us! We had great time. Resort is very nice, great pool areas and lot of action nearby. The condo itself was clean and very well equipped. All the communication and whole renting process went extremely smoothly. Renata gave us good instructions how to find the resort and in the condo there were nice handbook about the condo itself plus several maps about the area. We really appreciated that. Our family is glad to recommend this condo and Renatas services to everybody. Hopefully we can return someday.

I stayed the week of august 15-09 and had the best time of my life.It was just me and my 13yr old son and we coudnt have asked for a nicer,cleaner,all around great room,we were on the 18th floor with spectacular views of the city and ocean,from our balcony.ocean walk has everything you need when visiting Daytona Beach I wouldnt stay at any other resort,Ihope to be back next year staying in the same room.In closing if you want a nice place rent from Renata you wont be disappointed!Thanks again Renata for the best vacation of my life.

Thanks for a Wonderful Family Vacation. The Condo was very clean and comfortable and everything was as promised. The resort is in a great location and we had no major problems. This is a very busy resort but, overall handled the crowds well. We would definitely stay again.
