Ocean Walk Resort is the only one in it's class in Daytona Beach. This location offers more pools, more activities in an oceafront setting than any other resort nearby. You can enjoy the lazy river, 3 additional outdoor oceanfront pools with a 1.5 story slide and water gym. You will also find 2 indoor heated pools, a fitness center, indoor mini golf and planned children's activities.

For your vacation, we can offer 2 lovely, updated 2 bedroom condos.
There are 2 separate floorplans and each has it's own special features !!
You will have an oceanfront balcony, large living - family room and full kitchen. Each condo has a washer - dryer (although not fun on vacation, a very big convenience) and jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. There are 2 baths in each of these condos.

We want you to know that you will be renting from the owner of the condo -- not another owner managing many. We want to make your stay special and pride ourselves on our number of repeat guests. We have updated the rooms with new furniture, carpet and you will find everything wonderfully maintained. We do not use on site housekeeping -- it costs a bit more, but it allows us to have our own towels - sheets and kitchen equipment that will remind you of home - and we are also able to keep a few extras in the kitchen and thru out the condo.

$300.00 security deposit required to book unit
50% down on the 1st, at least 60 days prior to arrival
50% down on the 1st, at least 30 days prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, security deposit will be forfeited and a credit of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved. If we are able to rebook the property, we will issue a prorated credit for your rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. The credit can be used towards your next vacation with us. We recommend trip insurance for your protection.

  • Renata - I want to thank you once again, for the wonderful time we had while staying at your condo. This is the third or fourth stay at your wonderful vacation spot. We spent a longer time this year in Daytona than usual and every day was fantastic. We enjoy the fact that it is directly on the beach and the facility is just what we want. Well stocked with just about everything you can imagine and spacious. We had both units again and that really works best for us. I have one request. I did forget some of my hanging clothes in the back closet. About 7 or 8 items on hangers. I am wondering if it would be at all possible to have them sent back to me. If so, you could use some our damage deposit to make this happen. Iknow it is above and beyond the call, but just wondering if it is at all possible. Maybe they are already disposed of.   • In a random internet search for a last minute booking for the 2009 Speedweek events, we just happened to find Renata and the Ocean Walk Resort. Prior to our visit, Renata was SOOOOO helpful and made us an amazing deal and provided us with everything we needed. She communicated with us through phone and e-mail and was very accommodating. Upon our arrival, we were all amazed at how nice the condo and resort were. The location was amazing, the view spectacular and the services provided by the Ocean Walk were first class. We can't wait to come again in the summer and hope to make the Speedweeks trip an annual tradition. Thanks again to Renata and we will recommend her to everyone we know.
