  We so enjoyed our stay in this condo. The descriptions & photos were 100% accurate. Very clean and well cared for. The condo had everything you would need from beach toys and chairs to anything and everything you would need in the kitchen and bathroom. Condo is conveniently located near the boardwalk as well as the 3 story shopping center. Once the car was parked we didn't use it again until it was time to pack up and head home. Ideal for any type of family looking for the perfect vacation.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  Condo was ready for us and very well equipped! Everything we could need was right there for us. Location was fabulous and all ammenities were just as described by the owner. View was amazing. If we were to visit the Daytona area again, we would certainly rent from this owner!

  Thank you Renata for renting your condo for us! We had great time. Resort is very nice, great pool areas and lot of action nearby. The condo itself was clean and very well equipped. All the communication and whole renting process went extremely smoothly. Renata gave us good instructions how to find the resort and in the condo there were nice handbook about the condo itself plus several maps about the area. We really appreciated that. Our family is glad to recommend this condo and Renatas services to everybody. Hopefully we can return someday.

  I stayed the week of august 15-09 and had the best time of my life.It was just me and my 13yr old son and we coudnt have asked for a nicer,cleaner,all around great room,we were on the 18th floor with spectacular views of the city and ocean,from our balcony.ocean walk has everything you need when visiting Daytona Beach I wouldnt stay at any other resort,Ihope to be back next year staying in the same room.In closing if you want a nice place rent from Renata you wont be disappointed!Thanks again Renata for the best vacation of my life.

  Thanks for a Wonderful Family Vacation. The Condo was very clean and comfortable and everything was as promised. The resort is in a great location and we had no major problems. This is a very busy resort but, overall handled the crowds well. We would definitely stay again.

  We had a great time and had 0 problems getting into our room or with the room itself. As to be expected with a resort this large, you spend a lot of time waiting on elevators, but we had a great family vacation. The location could not be better unless you do not want to be in the middle of all the action. Pool area as well as the whole resort was very nice. The only negative that I would say is that this is a very popular and crowded resort. If you do not like crowds, this will not be the place for you! Great stay and will do it again!!

  We had a wonderful time!! The whole family (7) was able to be together in the condo and we enjoyed every day of it. We had to complain to Oceanwalk about 2 of their security guards, every minute of every day they were rude and angry towards everybody, that made it not so pleasant outside in the pools, but that isn't Renata's fault, just bad choice in hire for Oceanwalk. We let the front desk know our bad experiences and they took care of them. Thank you Renata for such a beautiful and clean condo for us to stay in all week!

  The condo was outstanding. Very clean, beautiful and all in great condition. The view is perfect and the location is more than desireable, within walking distance of almost anything you could want. If I am ever in Daytona again, there is no doubt I will do my best to stay in this condo.

  Renata - I want to thank you once again, for the wonderful time we had while staying at your condo. This is the third or fourth stay at your wonderful vacation spot. We spent a longer time this year in Daytona than usual and every day was fantastic. We enjoy the fact that it is directly on the beach and the facility is just what we want. Well stocked with just about everything you can imagine and spacious. We had both units again and that really works best for us. I have one request. I did forget some of my hanging clothes in the back closet. About 7 or 8 items on hangers. I am wondering if it would be at all possible to have them sent back to me. If so, you could use some our damage deposit to make this happen. Iknow it is above and beyond the call, but just wondering if it is at all possible. Maybe they are already disposed of.   We were "upgraded" to the Ocean Walk because of construction, and it could not have worked out better. Location, location, location. The views are great, the Resort was excellent, and everything worked out well. Renata was very helpful in every way with the transition. We definitely recommend it!

  In a random internet search for a last minute booking for the 2009 Speedweek events, we just happened to find Renata and the Ocean Walk Resort. Prior to our visit, Renata was SOOOOO helpful and made us an amazing deal and provided us with everything we needed. She communicated with us through phone and e-mail and was very accommodating. Upon our arrival, we were all amazed at how nice the condo and resort were. The location was amazing, the view spectacular and the services provided by the Ocean Walk were first class. We can't wait to come again in the summer and hope to make the Speedweeks trip an annual tradition. Thanks again to Renata and we will recommend her to everyone we know.   We have been staying in Daytona Beach for many years and this is the best place we have ever stayed. The condo is fantastic with lots of extras you don't usually find.The view is spectacular. Lots of things to do for all ages. Look forward to staying here again.

  We stayed in one of Renata and Gen's units and will NEVER stay anywhere else. We loved it! It is equipped with absolutely everything you could ever need and it is so cheerfully decorated. The resort has something for everyone and is great for families. Our kids range in age from 4-16 and they all had the time of their lives. We'll go back every year!

  I use Vicki's rentals at the minimum 10 times a year. If someone mentions going to Daytona, I tell them please check with her first. SHe is the main reason we stay at the Oceanwalk. I have called her personal cell phone while staying during big events, Holidays, no matter what. SHe has always gotten right back to me resolving any matter i have ever had. A++ definelty rent from her when in daytona!!! Thank you again Cherise

  We stayed in Renata's condo from October 23 to November 2, 2008. We loved the cleanliness of the condo and its amazing view right above the beach. We found everything we might have needed. Renata is a thoughtful condo owner! We plan to go back to Ocean Walk as soon as possible.

  We love staying at Ocean Walk Resort. We have a large family with a variety of ages and there is something there for everyone. This was our second year staying and we plan to make this our yearly tradition. We stayed during the 4th of July week and enjoyed all the festivities and fireworks right from our balcony. We loved it!

  Loved it Loved it --- Ocean Walk was perfect for my friend and I who attended the Collegiate Cheer and Dance Championships. Great location next to the band stand. Beautiful facility with lots of room.

  We stayed at the Ocean Walk Resort with some friends and family. The rooms were clean and well stocked. Our refrigerator was not working when we arrived, but I called the front desk and they sent someone up immediatedly to fix it. There was SO much for the kids to do. This was our first time at this resort and we will definitely be back!

  Unit was standard, but clean and they had extra items in the unit if needed for younger children (which we didn't need). My main complaint was the rudeness of their cleaning personnel and the owner during check out day. Most individual units give you a later check out time (10 or 11) and then know to give a little extra time before sending the crew into the unit. Our cleaning crew showed up at 9:10 (we had a 9am checkout time)and was extremely rude when we told them it would be a few more minutes until we were completely out. (We were out of the unit by 9:18). The owner hired cleaning crew called the owner to complain and we were asked to speak with the owner. After discussing the rudeness of her personnel, instead of her apologizing for the cleaning crew's rude behavior, she told us they were on a tight schedule and that we were now considered late and messing up their schedule. At one point, I even heard the cleaning crew say to each other..."Let's just call security to get them out of here". I have never been spoken to in such a rude way by either the cleaning crew or unit owners before. It ended our week on a very sour note and I would not recommend renting from this owner again. I expected much more professional behavior after spending over $2,000/week for this unit and was treated like guests in a low class motel. This comment may be deleted by the owner...but I hope not as others need to be aware. :)

  Owner response: I own and rent 7 condos in Daytona Beach and my housekeeping staff needed to get ALL of them done on this particular check out day (between 9AM & 4PM). The check out time was posted in the condo and also in documents that I mailed the guest. I also request that guests with any special needs as far as check in & out times notify me in advance. I wish that the guest had made previous arrangements, as we could have easily accommodated her. Things being as they were, with no previous communication from this guest on a late check out, it did put my housekeeper behind. My housekeeper called me at 9:30 and so the times quoted above were off... Please, Please, please, to all future guests, be aware that any late stays may affect someone's check in times and we will do our best to accommodate any and all requests based on our housekeeper's schedule.   We had an excellent time!! We go to the 500 every year and last year we were lucky enough to happen upon this condo. Renata and Gene were very accomodating!! The condo and resort have everything possible that you could imagine. VERY clean and comfortable. We stayed in 1411 A&B and hade more than enough room for 8 people. This is our second year and look forward to many more visits to this condo and the 500 :) Thanks again - The Boschs
