Estate boasts over seven acres and includes a private lake and gazebo. Chef's dream kitchen has Wolf range, double ovens, Sub-Zero refrigerator plus wine and beverage fridge. It's fully outfitted with every kitchen tool you'll need, and offers an amply stocked walk-in pantry as well. Great room has 52' flat screen HD TV and panoramic view of private lake. Free Wi-Fi and AT&T U-verse. A full-sized media room has a 110' full-screen projector.
Downstairs master bedroom has king-sized pillow-top bed and a 52' flat screen TV. The massive master bath has double shower heads plus jets, and a dry sauna. The other four bedrooms and two full baths are upstairs. One has a queen bed, elliptical machine and the adjoining bath includes steam shower function. The other three upstairs bedrooms and additional full bath will accommodate every guest in style with fresh linens, deluxe beds and spacious rooms. Other amenities include foosball table, fishing tackle (lake is stocked with tilapia-fed bass and large catfish), parking for at least seven cars, and a newly installed back patio with firepit and rain curtain.
House is just 13 miles from Texas Stadium and Rangers Ballpark, and it's an easy drive. Parking on Stadium Drive also is available. Tailgating encouraged.
This is a Texas-styled house with a very open floor plan. Trophy deer mounts, along with exotic African game, are located throughout the house. Separate 20 acre horse property with arena, round pen and 2 stalls in a show barn available if needed.

Large, open entertainment area with very well equipped outdoor patio. Steam and sauna are nice touches. The stadium parking is convenient. Overall, you get what you pay for..and a little more. Owners were considerate and flexible. I would do it again.Owner response: This was a group of several couples who came in for a college football game at Cowboys Stadium. We loved having them!

FANTASTIC PLACE! Nine of my High School friends and I spent the weekend and went to a Ranger game (parking spots are close). You can fish, sit around the fire-pit (next to a waterfall), or enjoy the luxurious inside. It is all very nice, and the owners are also very helpful. We'll be back next year!Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
Owner response: This group of men was a perfect fit for staying at the house. The house is set up well to host a reunion group -- lots of inside seating with a big TV and beverage fridge nearby, and a big outdoor patio for grilling and hanging out around the firepit at night! We look forward to having you come back!

Me and my family (2 adults, and 12 children) stayed in this home for the 4th of July holiday, and we were so spoiled with all of the luxuries that this home had to offer. Most of our children spent most of the time fishing, and the rest of our children spent their time watching t.v. in the theatre room, which was awesome to watch movies on!!! The kitchen was very fun to cook in, and we cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and we felt as if we where eating at a 5 star hotel, when we done with each meal. The patio was the most entertainment, because it was very relaxing, and very open. When we rented the property, we gave the owners a 2 day notice, which was very short notice, but they accommodated me and my family, in spite of short notice. Thank you, Thank you again for a great stay. You will not be disappointed with this property!!!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

We stayed the weekend here for a bachelor party. We got a limo from the house to downtown FTW (about 20 minutes to Joe T's) on Friday and spent all day Saturday there. The house was perfect. Great patio, lots of room, upscale, pond for fishing, and a theatre for the NBA Playoffs. I would highly recommend the house and the owner as she was extremely reasonable and helpful. For an all-guys Super Bowl party weekend, this house was perfect. The rooms were well appointed, the house was stocked with everything the guests could want. The owners were an absolute delight to work with and were incredibly helpful on one very busy weekend in Dallas! Our entire group HIGHLY recommends this home for a stay in Dallas.Recommended for: Pet owners, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers.
Owner response: This group was a good fit for our house -- it's a house great for guys, families, couples and for entertaining. At their request, we supplied housekeeping and chef services as well, and they hosted a cocktail party here, which was a lot of fun for them. The location of the house worked well for them, as they could get to Cowboys Stadium, the airport, and venues in both Fort Worth and Dallas all quickly and easily. We enjoyed hosting them and we'd love to have them come again!

About the owner: We bought this house knowing we'd be remodeling it, but not knowing it would take two years! However, we're happy with the results, and hope you will be, too. We travel and use VRBO often. When we're staying at a hotel, what do we like? Lots of fresh towels, crisp bed linens, good TVs and a place to relax. And when we stay at a house, what do we look for? A great location; a place that's nice and neat, yet comfortable and inviting; a well-stocked kitchen, high-end appliances in good working order and easy parking.
