  My fiancé and I stayed at this property in February 2013 for three nights. The owners were so nice; they even gave us a lift to town when our rental car was unavailable. They really went out of their way to ensure that we were enjoying our stay. The condo itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It's in a safe and quiet location. We loved listening to the waves as we fell asleep. The location (right outside of Red Hook) was convenient! We took the trail to town so we wouldn't have to pay for parking at the ferry and it was a nice walk. We will most definitely be recommending this property to our friends and family. It's a steal!

  My husband and 23 year old daughter and I just stayed in this lovely little gem of a condo for 2 weeks. I read lots of reviews and weighed the pros and cons of a condo at one of the beach resorts versus this less expensive option. I made the right decision. This little condo is plenty roomy and is very well furnished and equipped - with kitchen supplies, beach chairs, towels and anything you think you could need. It's close to Red Hook where you can catch ferries to the St. John or the BVI - where the beaches are better and the restaurants are definitely a cut above anything on ST. Thomas. Very nice hosts were were helpful and kind. You can't go wrong here. I'm very picky and this condo can't be beat for value and comfort.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  It's hard to find new or different adjectives to describe how perfectly wonderful this week was at Cabrita Point! The Point itself is ideal for walks, jogs and amazing photos! The condo really is clean, bright, peaceful and well maintained, just like in the photos. The view out the patio door is breathtaking! Especially when you're lying in bed, watching the moon over Red Hook and listening to the ocean! Although a beach really is right outside your window, a variety of other beaches are a short walk or drive away, as well as restaurants, shops and a multitude of activites! There was something for everyone! And if we needed anything, Kim and Peter were flat-out fantastic!! Your condo is a gem!! Thank you for making it SO affordable! I can hardly wait to come back!

  Perfect for our vacation, as advertised! Laying in bed with he surf roaring outside is an unbelievable experience! A very friendly beach is a walk away, very quiet, very private, very clean! Peter and Kim are wonderful hosts and helped tremendously. The view, the wildlife, the neighbors, couldn't be better! It really doesn't get any better than this!!!!

  We found our stay here to be even better than we had hoped for. Kim and Peter are wonderful and very helpful and friendly. The condo could not have been any better, clean, comfortable, along with beautiful views. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watching all the boats come in and out. We saw some amazing sunsets .Will definetly be back again.

  KIm and Peter were great! Very kind and friendly and were just moments away if we needed for anything. The view from the condo was great. The condo was very clean and neat when we arrived, and best of all the neighborhood was very quite! The only complaint my wife and I had was the power going out, which no one had control of, so as far as I'm concerned, this condo was the best deal on the island with the best landlords you could ask for! Thanks Kim and Peter!

  We just got back from a week at Cabrita Point and it couldn't have been more perfect for us. Unbelievable location. Your pillow is 30' from the water's edge at night. No photo could possibly capture the incredible views from each room and the private deck. A peaceful, secluded, non-resort retreat. A 5 minute walk to 2 beaches and the Ritz if you want it. Easy access to the ferries and downtown Red Hook. The unit is spotless and has recently been remodeled. The new king sized bed combined with the gentle breeze and lapping water will put you to sleep instantly so be careful. Kim and Peter are gracious hosts. Real people living adventurous lives. Many Many thank yous!

  We stayed at this condo for about a week and could not have had a better experience. The property managers were very helpful with the "local hot spots", as were the couple of full time residents we met. The Photo listed above is Exactly what we saw off of the back balcony; a beautiful, unobstructed view of the Red Hook Lagoon. The Snorkeling was as nice just out our back door as it was on the other parts of the island we visited. A beautiful public beach was a 5-7 minute walk from this location. One of the nicest features is this locations' tranquility and size. It did not cater to loud and rambunctious late night parties. Our overall experience was fabulous and we look forward to staying there next time we visit this beautiful Virgin Island!
