  Loved the condo. It was in a great location. Loved being the End condo, the view was great. Could walk to the shops, restaurants, and bars on Flagler Avenue or drive just a short distance to other restaurants. The beach was beautiful and loved how you could drive on it. Only request that I would have would maybe be another high beach chair as the small ones are really not comfortable. We flew in to town, therefore, could not bring any along. Also, beach towels would be nice to have there, as they take up to much room in a suitcase on a plane.

  Great ocean front condo with ample space for three of us. It was clean, had a fairly well stocked kitchen and a terrific location. The outside balcony was comfortable and had amazing views! We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and plenty of walks on the beach. The village of NSB beachside has many nice shops, art galleries and restaurants. This is a great place to kick back, relax and enjoy a peaceful vacation!!!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  Great Labor Day Weekend in NSB -Corner Unit overlooking pool and excellent views of the ocean -Tons of Restaurants / Bars of Flagler Ave within walking distance....no need for the car all weekend -Unit is clean & well taken care of. -Owner was super easy to deal with... no problems with reservation or unit upon arrival.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  Five days in your condo was a happy ending on our three weeks in Florida. We have enjoyed the beach, the sun... A lovely place we will always remember New Smyrna Beach and number 206. Thanks for a great time.

  Pat, We just arrived at the condo, happy to be on vacation. The condo exceeds our expectations. I knew it was nice based on the photos, but this is totally awesome. What a surprise to find the cookie cake and chips on the table for my son!!! Thank you so much for the personalized touch.

  What a great condo! It is comfortable,equipped and in a perfect location. Loved the well equipped kitchen- last place we stayed was terrible. Thank you for sharing NSB with us. We enjoyed walking the beach every morning. Our son lived on Maple St. and it was nice not to have to drive back & forth from the beach. The Ponce Inlet Lighthouse was fun to climb & provides an awesome view. Loved the coastguard area boardwalk too. Our son loved living here for two years but the pull of family takes him back to NY- so long FL! Cloudy today so it is easier to leavr! Thank you!

  A little word to tell you that we have enjoyed your condo. We have passed two nice months. It's to early to reserve now, because we don not even know if it will be possible for us to come back in Fl. next year from Canada, but if we do we will call for your condo. Thank you for everything.
