This newly updated one bedroom condo is located on the first floor of the main building (Chart House) at the Landmark Resort. The condo includes a full functioning kitchen with all appliances, dishes, pots, pans, and extended counter space. The unit also has two new flat screen televisions, DVD player, full cable access, including HBO and Showtime with free wireless in the condo and throughout the Landmark.
Being attached to the main building has its advantages! Just steps away from the unit is a secluded outdoor pool (we like to call it the 'Secret Garden' pool). Also, located in this building is the indoor pool (with sauna and hot tub as well). This is especially convenient in the winter months. This building also contains the following amenities: game room, exercise room, and continental breakfast area.
There are several other pools with unbelievable views over-looking Lake Michigan. Also a great place to watch the sunset! These are truly some of the best views in Door County.
The Landmark has 40 acres of wooded trees, hiking trails, tennis courts, shuffleboard, grilling areas and a basketball court. There is a restaurant and bar on the property called the Carrington Pub and Grill which hosts karaoke on the weekends and a Friday night fish fry.
For those bringing their boat, there is easy access, about a mile down the road, to dock your boat. Around the same area in Egg Harbor is the Main Street Market; a great little grocery store with an excellent deli and butcher. Shopping and golf are abundant in the Door County area, along with hiking trails, skiing, sledding, moped and bicycle rentals, and much more.

My husband and I just returned from a 3 night stay in this wonderfully clean and comfortable unit at the Landmark Resort. While the entire resort is beautifully maintained, so is this unit. The king size bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very spacious and the living area was equally as comfortable. The decor was very fresh and very "Pottery Barn-esque" and we were so happy with the well stocked kitchen. We shopped at the Main St. Market for some breakfast items, and some other favorite snack foods. This unit is right across from the ice machine and pop machine and about 4 units down from the main entrance. We noticed how very quiet the building is. There was a family with an infant and small children staying across the hall and we never heard them. We never heard movement from upstairs as well. While we never got around to using the pool, which is right outside the lobby area by the way, we did take a look at it and it was VERY clean and secluded. The gas grill was also very well maintained and had a comfortable picnic bench next to it. We will definitely recommend this property to friends and family (have already started!) and we're planning to visit again next year!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
