  My family and I needed a long weekend to have fun and a little peace and quiet. We found it at this house. It was so peaceful and private. I felt the hustle and bustle was a million miles away. The deck with the wonderful view was breath taking. It was so nice having my morning coffee on the deck and watching the birds hunt for fish for breakfast. At night it was a little cool but it made no difference because we all had fun playing pool and cards in the billiards room. The house was beautiful and had everything like home. The master bedroom was gorgeous. I felt like I was on my 2nd honeymoon! And last but not least, Alexandria was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for such a lovely time!!

  We stayed at this immaculately kept house for Thanksgiving weekend with another family and couldn't have a had a better weekend away. The house was clean and comfortable with a wonderful layout. We couldn't believe how beautiful the house was and the views are exceptional. We fished from the dock, played pool at night, had wonderful dinners around the large accomodating dining room table and spent a wonderful day at the local state park exploring and searching for fossils. We would love to enjoy the ameneties of this wonderful property in the summer and hope to have a chance to return!

  I stayed here for three nights for my brother's wedding in nearby Hague. The place is spacious, the beds are comfortable, everything is very clean. The view of the water is stunning and peaceful from the upper deck. The yard is huge and was next to heaven for our city apartment-living dog. The pool table is nice to have there and to pass the time. The high quality towels and Frette bathrobes were an extra nice touch. We would stay again. A word of warning: there is not much around in the way of restaurants, food stores, etc. Stock up and enjoy the house. I also recommend the Northern Neck Gourmet wine and cheese shop in Warsaw, where we stocked up on drinks for the house/wedding as well as hummus, and cheese.
