Come be our guests at our beautiful South Maui condominium located on the border of Wailea and across from Kamaole III Beach park. Our condo is in the newest section of the Maui Kamaole resort near the tennis courts, and the tropical lava pool and sand bottom Jacuzzi. Spacious and up to date, impeccably maintained, and with all the amenities of home, you will feel the magic of vacation as soon as you walk through the door. Our condo is equally suited for families or romantic newlyweds. The master suite is quiet, romantic and cozy. The second bedroom is perfect for another couple, or children or both! Enjoy a vacation getaway with lots of toys for kids and adults alike.
Conveniently located in the Melia building (M208), you will be close to everything you want to do. Your comfort is our highest priority. This is a true TWO bedroom, upstairs unit with a loft. It is very quiet, no traffic sounds or noise coming from above, just peaceful tranquility. The private master suite has a king-sized bed, a full bath and oversize shower. The second completely private bedroom, has a queen-sized bed with an additional single bed and a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have private lanais and lovely views of Haleakela volcano. High efficiency "mini-split" air conditioning will keep you as cool as you want to be and it's as gentle as a Hawaiian breeze. A fully stocked kitchen awaits you with all cooking amenities, spices, and linens. Thoughtfully furnished with your comfort in mind, your stay will be a pleasure. A new washer and dryer in the unit contribute to the convenience of your stay and high speed wireless internet is at your fingertips just waiting for your laptop! The living/dining room is a large, open great-room with vaulted ceiling and plenty of light.
The spacious lanai has great greenbelt views with a tiny peek at the ocean and beautiful views of the West Maui mountains. Directly across the street and a short stroll through tropically landscaped grounds is Kamaole Beach Park III, one of Maui's loveliest beaches. Walk to Wailea beaches from here or The Shops at Wailea. Championship golfing is very convenient at Wailea and Makena courses, or drive to Kapalua for a real challenge!

Why the Owner Chose Maui Kamaole
We chose to buy our vacation condo at Maui Kamaole because of the beautiful tropical grounds and low-rise, low-density style. The location of Maui Kamaole was also a big factor. Close to the beautiful Kamaole beaches and Wailea golf courses, everything we wanted was so convenient. The weather in South Maui is the best! Warm and dry, no humidity here!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love the quiet mornings away from the sound of the road. Our condo is at the top of the hill and faces a greenbelt and the tennis courts. Usually the only morning sounds are the soft pong of a tennis ball and the delightful Hawaiian birds.

This condominium was perfect for our family of four. The upstairs loft had a king-sized bed and a very nice bathroom, and the downstairs had a separate bedroom for the kids, with one double bed and one twin. Everything was very nicely decorated and clean, and made us feel right at home. The owner even included some very nice bathroom items for our use, such as shampoo, conditioner and foot cream, among others. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of pots, pans, coffee maker and glasses, and there was beach equipment too, like boogie boards and some snorkeling equipment. Also, plenty of nice beach towels. The location was IDEAL. The condominium is located towards the back of the complex so there is no traffic noise at all. Although there is not an ocean view, this didn't matter to us, as we saw the ocean everyday while at the beach. The landscaping is very lush and beautiful. The condo was close enough to Kihei where we could walk to town if we wanted to, although it might be too far for small children. You can easily walk to the beach across the street, although if you are carrying boogie boards and other equipment, you would probably need to drive, depending on your load. I would highly recommend this condo with no hesitation. The owner is also very nice and easy to work with.

We loved our time at this property. The place was spotless and decorated very tastefully. (Think Pottery Barn meets the tropics!) The kitchen is well stocked with everything one needs to cook full meals. Plus the outdoor grill is just steps from the unit. Our kids loved the pool which was a great alternative to the beach on windy days. Also, there are plenty of beach amenities that made our trips to the ocean easier. The location can't be beat. There are beautiful beaches in walking distance or a very short car ride. Lastly, Lisa was flexible and truly interested in making our stay enjoyable. All in all, we felt at home in this place and would highly RECOMMEND!

This is a very classy property with obvious pride-of-ownership features. The furnishings are beautiful and there's even real art on the walls. It includes all of the amenities you'd expect to find in your own home and then some. We'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable place to make a home away from home in Maui!

What a nice place. Exactly how the photos showed. There is nothing missing in this condo. The owners know what is needed on a vacation. And very clean. We had a great time. Very relaxing and quite. The grounds are beautiful. We were able to BBQ one evening and met so many great people. We talked and shared our food. The location of the condo is perfect. The wonderful Family Beaches are so close. We saw all the whales swimming by. And if you like shopping and great resturants, you are so close. What a memorable experience. Thank you so much!!! We will be booking our next visit soon!!!

Thank you and thank you again Terry and Lisa! We absolutley loved and enjoyed our stay at this condo. The VRBO sight reeled us in and photos did the trick. They were exactly what we had and were very pleased with everything from the location of the unit to the everything you needed to take to the beach. Just a short down the hill and across the street were great beaches. With a teenager and a 7 year old, we met everyones needs at this place. Tennis courts, BBQ area, and pool are just steps away from unit. The walk to town is approx. 10 minutes and you can watch the sunset just across the street on the beach which was fantastic and then eat at Fred's Mexican Resuarant. Everything in the unit was very comfortable and made you feel at home. Mahalo!

This is a great Kihei condo in the Maui Kamaole resort. It is conveniently located for accessing the beaches, shops/restaurants, and the golf courses of nearby Wailea. The extensive gardens are beautifully designed/tended and the pool, tennis courts, and other amenities are well maintained. The condo is very spacious and thoughtfully equipped with all the extras you will need for a tropical vacation and to enjoy the "home away from home" experience. The owners were easy to deal with and found them very trustworthy. Overall, we found the rental experience effortless. I am very comfortable recommending this condo and would not hesitate to return in the future.

Our second time on the property which we just love. Everything from the layout to the location to the pool was perfect for our family of four including to young kids. The extra twin bed in the bedroom was perfect. We really like this location as it very family friendly and close to everything we needed.

We had a blast in Hawaii ( before tsunami hit the shores) and condo was like home-everything you need is in there, plus extra stuff to take to the beach, kids friendly, beds was very comfortable ! We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We traveled to Maui for a family wedding with two young children and found it to be clean, well stocked (scuba, boogie boards and tennis equip for 4, boardgames, etc.) and tastefully decorated. The A/C was an added bonus. We had family members who rented 3 or 4 other condos in the same complex and while they were nice, all agreed that our rental was the best. We would definitely rent again if we return to Maui.
