  We had a lovely stay in Paris in Vikki's exceptional apartment, made even more so with the kindness and care of Nanda. The apartment is beautiful, elegant, clean and perfectly appointed in a very clean and secure building. The neighborhood is superb, safe and located just blocks off the Champs Elysee in one direction and the River Seine in the other! Nanda met us when we arrived; greeting us with great warmth and concern for our comfort. He spent significant time acquainting us with the apartment and neighborhood; even showing us where we could shop for groceries. We highly recommend this opportunity/accomodation in Paris and will hope for a return stay in the future. Thank you so very much!

  Well, we just got home last night and could not wait to write this review. I told a friend that 50% of our enjoyment in Paris was because of our "NEW HOME" on Ave Montaigne. It was everything we expected and more. We were literly on top of the fashion street in Paris and across the street from a 5 star hotel. We had more restaurants in our"neighbor hood" than we could have eaten at. We had a view of the Eiffle Tower from our street and a very short walk to all the cafes and shopping on the Champs Elysees. The manager of the Apt for the owner is a wonderful fellow by the name of Nanda. Nanda watched out for us like a family member, my wife and I will always be greatful for his friendship and watchful eye.

  I just got back from a 10 day stay at this wonderful apartment and am looking forward to returning in the future. This apartment exceeded my expectations. The owner was friendly,easy to work with, very responsive and reasonable. When I arrived early saturday morning, I was greeted at the front door of the building, shown around the apartment, introduced to the doorman, given all sorts of helpful advice and even given a walking tour of the neighborhood to acclimate me. The location is superb. The apartment is located on avenue Montaigne (not near it, but on it) It is a beautiful building directly across the street from the 5 star luxury hotel , the plaza Athenee. When you walk outside, go across the street and look to the left, you have a fantastic view of the Eifel Tower. There are famous boutiques and shops around you if you are into fashion. There are many restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk. You walk a few minutes down the street and you are at the Alma Marceau metro stop. If you walked a few minutes up the street,you are at Champs Elysee and the Franklin Roosevelt metro stop. You are also close to numerous bus lines that also can take you all over the city. The apartment itself is also better than expected. Clean, uncluttered and with some beautiful pieces of antique furniture and other high quality furniture. Huge window in the living room that lets in a lot of light when you are there. Comfortable sofa, plenty of chairs, a tv that gets CNN, BBC, and cnbc so you can keep up with the news,if you chose. Free wifi if you bring a computer with you. Bedroom has a comfortable large bed and a large window and faces out on a quiet street behind the building. There is a full bathroom as well as a separate powder room -- both of which were spotlessly clean. The kitchen is updated and has everything you need to cook. It also has a washer/dryer that was convenient for light loads of laundry. The security deposit was in cash, which I have not been asked for before. But I had absolutely no problems,they provided a receipt for it as part of the rental agreement, and all of it was returned to me the morning I was leaving after I returned the keys and they did quick check of the apartment. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who is looking for nice place in a great location, whether it is your first trip to Paris or you have been there many times before.
