This beautiful home was designed and built by an architect with many unique details and features. From the split beams in the vaulted ceilings, to the natural breezeways, this home has all the privacy and comfort for your Tahoe vacation!
This home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a large living and dining area. Picture windows look right out to the Truckee River with no neighbors on the other side. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the breakfast nook is warm and sunny...all with river views!
Master bedroom with private bathroom and King bed. 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms both have King beds 4th Bedroom has 3 Twins and a Queen bed. This home sleeps 11 people and the unique floorplan makes for privacy and comfort for your entire group!
Stroll the walkway behind the house to a private, sandy beach right on the river. Perfect for fishing and swimming...or evening cocktails! Located right across the entrance to Squaw Valley, the location is fantastic! Minutes away from the many dining options, boutique shopping and art galleries of Squaw's Village, and the world-renown terrain of Squaw Valley USA Ski Area!
Ride your bike along the protected bike path, or go rafting and kayaking on the Truckee River...with everything so close by, you can do it all! This home has a 2 car garage, plenty of parking, and hi-speed wireless Internet! (connection not guaranteed.)
Full kitchen and all linens and towels provided. No longer Available for Winter 2012.
The majority of guests must be over the age of 25. Please know that reservations cannot be canceled once initial payment is received. We do offer optional travel insurance providing cancellation and medical coverage for only 7% of the reservation total. If an unforeseen event prevents you from making your trip, you are covered! Prices are subject to change.

We loved this place! It was very conveniently located across the street from the Squaw entrance. It is right on the river and is very quiet. The beds are big and the linens are really nice.
