This home truly captures the essence of private living. Located on prestigious Morton street on Grassy Key this home is only minutes North of Marathon and 15 minutes south of Islamorada. This central Keys location allows you to explore all parts of the Keys without long drives.
Whether you are coming to the Keys to fish in one of the best sports fishing areas in the world or to snorkel/dive one of the top rated places Orchid Villa provides you a place to relax after a long day of fun on the water. Historic Key West is only 75 minutes away.
Orchid Villa offers spacious living and privacy for large groups with a maximum capacity of 18. The luxury Main house, adjoining pool Cabana and Guest house have a total of 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths plus 2 queen sleep sofas(Main house and Guest house living rooms) and a day bed with trundle in one of the King Suites in the Main house. We comfortably sleep 12 adults and lots of other spaces for children. The property has 2 pools(larger pool heated), hot tub, dock with water and electric, and private boat ramp (for small boats only).
The Main house has 3 King Suites(1 king Suite has a daybed with trundle both with regular twin mattresses) plus powder room, a large gourmet kitchen, huge two story family room, and screened porch with 360 degree views. The cabana is studio style with a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette. The guest house has 2 bedrooms(1 King and 1 with 2 twin beds), queen sleep sofa and 1 bath, full kitchen, family room and pool table.

Rates are weekly. Add 12.5% tax and cleaning fee (depends) on # of bedrooms). 2 bedrooms (Guest house) - $175, 3 bedrooms (Main house) - $300, 4 bedrooms(Main house & pool cabana) - $325, 5 bedrooms (Main house & guest house) - $400, All 6 bedrooms is $425.
The first rate - rate(# bedrooms) is the minimum # required for that time frame with price for private use of the property. Second rate is for all 6 bedrooms. You can rent any number of bedrooms in time frames when there is multiple rates specified. Single rate periods are high seasons and require full property rental. During slower season or last minute rentals, we will rent as few as 2 bedrooms(guest house). Rates start as low as $2000 (last minute) for the week for the 2 bedroom guest house.
For Very Large Groups -- We have 3 rentals on Morton Street with total occupancy of 40 people.

Our family has vacationed here for the last two years and I would say it by far the best rental we have had the pleasure of occupying. Cairn is very generous to share her home and I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Marathon. Fishing is excellent, views spectacular and if you are like me you can just bring in your essentials and not have to leave the place all week. Everyone loved it and we plan on returning for another family get together. We have rented alot of different places and the Orchid Villa is definitely up there on the top. Loved it!

Our family from Connecticut and my parents and sister from Florida met at this beautiful house for a week's vacation. The accommodations were amazing. The house was roomy and immaculately clean. The views from every room were spectacular. The kitchen was spacious and full of amenities. We fished and snorkeled off the dock. We swam in the pool and soaked in the hot tub. We also kayaked in the Gulf. The owners were very helpful and I would highly recommend this property.
