The place was great. Beautiful, great amenities. The owners were great. Our rental car did not come with a scraper. Of course we realized this after our arrival in Boulder. Greg went above and beyond and cleaner our whole car off. Not one day but two. With a 2 year old this was a godsend. Thank you again for the great stay!Did you find this review helpful? Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this wonderfully equipped, extremely clean, very friendly hosts, reserved parking space (this is HUGE for Boulder) and in an ideal location! We were able to walk to Pearl Street, CU Campus, The Hill, grocery store, etc. Absolutely loved the bed and plan to change our mattress to a tempurpedic! This rental is roomy, well equipped for cooking, looking west toward the mountains, etc. Thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable and for packing and mailing us back a pair of hiking boots we left. Above and beyond :) It is now our "home away from home". We look forward to staying here again. Mahalo!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

We just spent four days in this charming guest house and enjoyed it more each day. Everything is immaculate, the bed and bedding very comfortable, good climate control and loads of light streaming in from all directions. The bedroom is very quiet for sleeping. The unit has everything one needs in terms of kitchen tools, and has a nice uncluttered feel which we appreciated. It is well located for walking to the campus, Pearl Street, Chatauqua Park, many hiking trails, and has easy access to the freeways going in all directions. We came to Boulder for a Saturday night wedding, but added days on either end to enjoy Rocky Mountain National Park, and walking all around Boulder. In our 4 days, our pedometers measured 23 enjoyable miles!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car.

Thi splace had everything we needed. Privacy, convenient location, a small home away from home. Far superior to anything a standard hotel could have offered. Owners were flexible and accommodating to our last minute needs. Very clean & inviting. If/when I return to Boulder, will certainly be staying here!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

I have stayed twice in this special place, and plan on staying again on my frequent trips to Boulder. The location offers ease of access to CU campus, as well as a lovely walk to Pearl Street. The bed is extremely comfortable, the furnishings very tastefully done, and the abundance of natural light very welcoming! I would not hesitate to stay again and again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

Guest house featured new furnishings and amenities and a strong design sense in the choice of decor. Concerns about winter cold proved completely unfounded due to excellent weatherproofing, insulated blinds, and effective forced air heating. Excellent location close to to Pearl Street Mall, very stylish and comfortable rooms.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

Grove St was the perfect location for our week to explore Boulder. It was central and within walking distance to visit and browse what the city has to offer the local shops, eateries, the University etc. The Grove house had all the amenities that you could ask for and was immaculate and cozy. Our hosts went out of there way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. My wife and I would highly recommend this home away from home when visiting Boulder. Very safe and sound.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, tourists without a car.
