  I really couldn't begin to describe how beautiful this house and the area are. The house has everything - beautiful, yet comfortable furnishings, kitchen gadgets and appliances, comfy beds and linens, cleanliness, a pool more amazing than we've ever experienced, and right on the ocean at that! Tracee, the owner, is just as accommodating as it gets, and she is very responsive to any inquiry. Again, we can't say enough about this home and the area......other than it's perfect! We had 6 adults and 3 kids in our party, and everyone had plenty of room. We rented bikes for the week and rode everywhere - Rosemary Beach, Watersound, into Seaside. The beach was amazing and then we'd come back and sit by the pool and relax. The home's sound system was incredible. The kids loved the game room (and the dads did too).....just perfect!   This was a wild week with our family. My mother age 93 enjoy the property as did our 2 year old grandchild. The home is quite large with all anyone would want or need. The pool is beautiful and was worth the extra charge to be heated. All enjoyed the warmth on the cool mornings and nights. We prepared our food in the well equipped kitchen and each couple had a night assigned that they were responsible to prepare. All appliances were up to date and clean from the kitchen to the laundry room. The views from the upstairs balconies are breathtaking and refreshing. The home is big enough that everyone could find their own space when needing a break and looked just like the photographs on this site. Any concerns or questions we had the owner was quick to respond and take care of. We highly recommend working with Tracee for a fabulous vacation and great location.

  We just spent 7 fabulous days at 99 Sandy Shores! Our crew included 7 adults, 3 small children and 2 toddlers and we had plenty of space. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated but still cozy and felt like home. There was plenty of space in the upstairs family room and kitchen for us all to congretate and eat together. The pool was outstanding and we spent most of our time there swimming and grilling out. The covered patio outside was very shady and comfortable and we enjoyed the music outside. The extra fridge and ice machine was a big plus. Tracee, the owner, was outstanding to work with and we loved the grocery service she offered on the day of our arrival. We biked everyday to the local shops and trails. Quaint and family oriented area - we loved it!

  This is a fabulous home! Newly renovated so it's very clean, crisp, contemporary. We loved the spaciousness of the house and wonderful views. The kitchen is modern and exceptionally equipped. The audio visual systems (TV, blue ray dic players, whole house music system) was incredible. The saline pool was a highlight! We enjoyed all the covered porches when we had enough sun. The short walk to the beach made it very convenient, especially with small children or babies. We enjoyed the umbrella and chair service at the beach. We would highly recommend this house for families or multiple couples. We love the Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach area. We would definitely stay here again.

  What an incredible week my family just spent at Rosemary Beach! The house was exactly as described, and even exceeded our expectations in many ways! We have never been to the 30A area, and couldn't have imagined how beautiful and inviting the area was. We spent most mornings walking and enjoying the beautiful scenery, and then headed to the beach for the rest of the day. I would highly recommend this house for groups with multiple families, and kids of any age. My family spent the week with three other families, and had plenty of room for everyone. The huge kitchen/dining room/living room was just perfect. And we couldn't have found a better location! Being only 50 steps from the beach, we'd spent an hour or two at the beach, then back up to the pool for some swimming/lunch, and then head back down to the beach for some more fun in the sand. The owners were so easy and enjoyable to work with! They were so accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had. And the house was equipped with more than we could have ever needed. There was plenty of stuff to occupy both the kids and adults. We plan to make this a yearly trip! Thank you so much for making our vacation absolutely wonderful!

  Tracee, Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home with us. Your home far exceeded our expectations. The home was brand new and beautifully decorated. The pictures make it appear to be further from the beach than it actually is. The beach begins at the end of the green brush. The home is very large and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped with the latest greatest gadgets. The home has all the state-of-the-art large appliances. There is an icemaker, full size extra fridge, full capacity h/e washer & dryer down stairs (kitchen is on the 2nd floor). The pool was unbelievable and having the beach chairs every day was great. The kids rode bikes to the Sugar Shak several times every day. Rosemary is within easy walking distance. We cannot wait to stay at your lovely home again. Thank you!

  We stayed at this beautiful property in late March 2011. We have stayed in Destin the past 5 years. We loved the location and house was absolutely fantastic. We had 9 kids among us and wanted to get away from the high rise condo party atmosphere. We booked for 2012 on the second day! Highly recommend this property.
