  New, clean, great location and even Keurig coffe for all. We had the top floor unit which is a little bit larger. We were in the center of everything on Cedar Key. No wi-fi but there are dozens of hot spots nearby or around the corner is the library where you can sit on a bench, in front, and have wi-fi 24/7. Definately reccomend it.....

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  We had a great time !! This was our first visit to the area and we loved it!! This property was perfect for two people. My husband and I rented the upstairs unit and it had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The home is in a perfect location. I spent a great deal of time sitting on the balcony reading. As I read in many reviews about the area, this was a perfect place to relax. Tom at the kyak rentals was very helpful as I went kyaking for the very first time. We went to Atsena Otie island and had the beach to ourselves for awhile. This was one of the best vacations we have ever had!!

  In the middle of it all is a perfect description for this rental. You can walk to anywhere within a few minutes of this house. My girlfriend and I stayed in cedar key for our first time and fell in love with the city. This is a great house in a great city at a great price. The house is very clean and new looking on the inside. From the top floor you get an awesome view of the surrounding area.Owners are easy to communicate with and made the whole process effortless. Cant wait to do it again , thanks.

  We just got back from our visit to Cedar Key and we already can't wait to go back. We rented the upstairs and it had everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Everything was in walking distance of the condo. We walked most of the island and enjoyed just taking everything in. We ate at the waterfront two nights and everything was great. We enjoyed shopping at the local grocery and also went to Chiefland to get supplies at Walmart. Don't forget to go to the winery in Chiefland. Also stop in to Island Girl bakery the rum cake and key lime tart were awesome!! We will definitely be back it was such a great price for the condo and it was so clean and new. If you want a place to get away from it all this is the place. Thanks again for such a great place to stay!!!

  WOW everything here was excellent, My wife and I stayed in the upstairs unit and everything was just as sean and allie said it would be. It was located within walking distance to everything, the view from the balcony was nice too. We will definitely be coming back and I don't believe we will stay anywhere else. Thank you Sean & Allie and can't wait to come back in October.

  Everything was just as the owner stated. Very close to Dock street and to many shops and restaurants. Well worth the money! We were both impressed with all the little touches the owners put into their place.
