  This was our 3rd time visiting Cocoa Beach and by far our favorite place to stay. Hilton has everything you may need in the condo and it is very clean and comfortable and quiet. View of ocean from both decks. Pool is just down the steps and ocean just a few steps further. We had 2 adults and 3 kids and plenty of room with the 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Communication with Hilton was very easy. If we plan another Cocoa Beach vacation, this would be my first choice of places to stay.

  WOW, what could we say!! The owner responded so fast every single time, the condo looks just like the photos, it was clean, safe, and so close to the beach!!! Our daughter loved this place so much as we did that we just had to book it for a longer time next year before we even left! We will be renting it for a month as long as the owner rents this wonderful condo every year! We loved that the 2 bedrooms had their own bathrooms that were very clean you did not have to clean them before you use them.( I am one of those that clean everything before we use anything, but you did not have to) My husband and I enjoyed the balcony off our bedroom (and here too, I did not have to use the sheets from home that I always travel with in our bedroom or our daughters) You can cook in the kitchen (that was fully stocked with condiments if you forgot anything, and had all the cooking utensils that we needed and again so clean) and still talk with your family if they are in the dining/living room area. We all enjoyed looking out the sliders in the living room. Our daughter was going to Space camp and it was only 25 minutes away. We also found a great fish market that was only 25 minutes away so we bought fresh seafood every night but 2. Next year we all will be adding on Ron Jons surf school . We had such a great time with the boogie boards that were available from the owner that we had to buy our own! The pier has a very nice restaurant that we did go to 2 nights. The beach was so nice and not crowded. It was nice that if you became to hot on the beach you could walk a very short walk to the pier and buy yourself a nice slush Ice. There is also a grocery store, mall, restaurants, doughnut shop and much more that is not that far away, yet you are far enough away from all the fast pace that you are so relaxed and having such a great time. We really have nothing but great things to say and have told friends and family. This condo is so nice that you kind of do not want to tell people about it so you can have it for yourself, yet the owner is equally as nice that you want to tell. Hilton, the owner was great and yes we are going back and are so looking forward to our vacation at this condo next year and a very long time to come. Thank you Hilton!!

I still give the 10% to return guests or a $ 50 referral gift as well.Yes the pier is so close & has several restaurants & great seafood as well as entertainment. They also rent surfboard, & other beach gear.Glad you child went to Space Camp . The Kennedy Space center is a great attraction only about 15min away & all the Orlando attractions are about an hr. away. I Love the location . Thanks again. Hilton

  Thanks Hilton for all your help. We had a wonderful stay in your condo. Everything that we needed was there for our use. It was like home away from home,except with a beach!! We left there rested and relaxed. Thanks again!

All repeat renters get ten percent discount on future bookings but many return because the location has pier, port & activities for kids, teens,adults, & seniors. Beach & pool just a few steps away & many restaurants, lounges, & stores a few blocks away.Fishing boats, free casino ship, and cruises 10 min away. However, the beach is still rarely over crowded & a great getaway. Cleaning crew is great too .Appreciate the reviews for last few yrs. Proud Owner

  We absolutely loved our stay in this unit. The unit was clean and comfortable and had tons of room for us and our two kids. We could not believe how close to the beach we were. It was a perfect location! We would stay here again.

The Chateau by The Sea is one of the Condo's on Cocoa Beach that is closest to the beach & our pool is just a few steps from the beach sand. We are fortunate to be just a block or 2 by the pier & Ron Jon's.Yes, you can hear the waves at night & day & see them as no obstructions.We are also friendly to families & Seniors too.   Thanks for the nice comments. One of the few condo's that is right on the beach& has a pool on ocean sand. I enjoy opening the windows & hearing the ocean wave sounds at night. From balcony or laying down in bed,I can see dolphins , & moonlight against the white caps of waves. Great place & convenient to Pier that has great sea food, music, & shops. All within a few blocks to walk. May- Oct sometimes see sea turtles nesting on shore. You can still see Atlas rocket launchings from our roof deck that are as spectacular as shuttle. Most of all relaxing beach.

  I loved being able to see the ocean from the living room and master bedroom's deck and bed!. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was wonderful! We love the location. The beach is so easy and close! Many thanks! Alex

  The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our week stay at Cocoa Beach! This is a great place for two couples or a family of 4. We stayed here with our friends and their 3 month old baby and everyone had a wonderful time. Having two private baths was great, we were right close to the beach access, the pool was lovely - especially the afternoon shade for the little one, we had all the cooking supplies we needed and there were tons of beach items provided, even though we brought our own we had a backup for everything. It was very clean when we arrived and Hilton was great with answering emails and communicating everything we needed! We will probably be making this trip every 2 years and would definitely rent this condo again! Thanks for everything!!!!

  This was my families first experience vacationing at Cocoa Beach. We were extremely pleased with our experience and we are already talking about when we should plan our next trip. We were exceptionally pleased with the condo and extra mile the owner went to make our stay a pleasant one. Knowing we have two young boys he made sure there were boogie boards, swimming equipment and a soccer and football available. The condo was exceptionally clean and all the necessary items were available for cooking. The first day we entered the condo a nice basket full of beach towels was available for the nearby beach and pool. The pool area was extremely clean and well kept. It was evident that the home owners took pride of their property. The beach was only two steps away and we loved the fact it wasn't very crowded. If you wanted a more social beach area all you had to do was walk closer to the pier. The pier was also an experience we will not forget. My young boys loved singing on the stage or playing various instruments at the open lounge bar where you first entered the pier area. It was very family friendly but also a place that adults could enjoy their vacation time as well. All the restaurants around the area were very good. We never walked away disappointed in the food quality. I want to thank Hilton for helping us enjoy our vacation. We definitely will be staying here again in the near future. We are also recommending this place to our friends and family.

  We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. The weather wasn't very cooperative during our stay, but sitting out on the balcony during the rainy times was nice too. Pier is close enough to walk to and we had a good meal there and listened to some beach music. Owner is great for helping with any questions you have and very quick to respond to any inquiry. We went for our anniversary over a long weekend and plan to go back and take our daughters next time.

Additional information about rental rates

$ 25 fee for lost parking passes or keys.Contract will be e mailed with full quotes to renter & when balance paid owner will ph call to renter keyless code for door entry.Reasonable damage fees to be charged to broken furniture , or beach items, etc.Renter will be contacted prior to any other charges.

Send refundable deposit asp or at least 6 weeks prior to booking date to owners address. Send balance to owner at least 1 month in advance to booking date. Security deposit sent back to renter 3 days after departure.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

$75.00 maid fee. Taxes 11%. Refundable $100 deposit for weekly rentals or less. $200 deposit refundable for monthly rentals.
