The location is convenient to all the amenities of Sandestin….. the sandy white beach is a short 7-10 minute walk (or a 2 minute golf cart ride); the sparkling blue Tivoli swimming pool is a few steps away, and a view of the Baytowne Golf Course is just outside the back door. This attractively furnished villa is newly remodeled, and will surpass your every expectation! With 2100 square feet, our villa is tastefully decorated in warm earth tones, and has plenty of space for up to 10 guests. The family room is spacious and uncluttered with plenty of cushy seating for the family to enjoy a movie on the flat screen television. Our gourmet kitchen is stocked with all the dinnerware, stemware, and cookware you will need to delight your family with a delicious meal. The stylish dining area seats six with additional bar seating for three. The master bedroom suite is comfortable and spacious. It features a king bed with custom linens, an entertainment center, and a master bathroom with roman tub and oversized shower. The guest bedrooms are designed in earth and sea colors to provide a quiet place to relax. Each guest bedroom is complete with a flat screen television/DVD player and its own full bathroom. For a relaxing afternoon, enjoy some quiet time on the outdoor screened in porch. There is plenty of seating for an outdoor meal or just enjoy a spectacular view of the Baytowne golf course. Our villa is the perfect beach vacation spot! It is ideally located close to all the amenities of Sandestin, yet quiet and peaceful!

Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying in Sandestin and enjoyed our condo on Tivoli Way. This was our first experience at vacationing for a month and the golf and shopping exceeded our expectations. Our area was being roofed so this presented some inconveniences as for parking, nails on the pavement, and scaffolding outside our windows for the entire month. Ralph was very helpful with problems that arose such as Wi-Fi hookup and a dryer that didn't work. Things were taken care of immediately! We will be back.Did you find this review helpful? We just returned from celebrating our parents 55th wedding anniversary and stayed in this villa! It was beautiful as well as comfortable! We had a range of ages in our group (11 months to 82 years) and having the golf cart was a great added convenience! We used it to go to the beach, the pool, and the Baytowne Wharf area. I am confident that we will travel to this area again and we will not hesitate to contact the owner and stay here!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The condo was just as described. It was very well equipped and quite comfortable for our week stay. We particularly like the gas grill on the patio that we used several times. The room with the bunk bed/trundle bed was perfect for three teenage girls. We strongly recommend adding a golf cart to the rental. It really helped with going to the beach and getting around Sandestin. We had a problem with the golf cart one day and the owner acted quickly to get it repaired. The only negative was that the clothes dryer unit took an extremely long time to dry clothes. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay at Sandestin.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We stayed seven nights and very well satisfied. The listing on the property was very accurate, and it was well maintained. The owner was extremely helpful in every way. We had three teenagers with us and they loved having the golf cart for the 3 min. drive to the beach. I also recommend that you take the golf cart when you go to thwe wharf because the parking is limited for vehicles and you can drive right up on the cart. We will be checking with this owner on this property or one of his other ones on our next stay.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
