Four Master en-suite bedrooms, all furnished with KING beds, give more privacy for one large family or groups with more than one set of adults. Up to 16 people can stay in this home plus a Crib for the baby.
Beautifully furnished. The first master bedroom is downstairs, the other three masters and the 2 twin bedrooms are located upstairs. ALL bedrooms feature cable TV. Relax after a fun day at the attractions or shopping. Kids can hang out in the Family Room watching their favorite TV show or watching a movie on DVD.

We were in Florida to take grandkids to Disney parks the week of Thanksgiving. The house was perfect with the 4 master ensuites and our granddaughter loved the girl's room. We saw fireworks from one of the parks a couple of nights. The house was clean and had off-street parking. Emerald Isle was a nice area to stay close to the parks and shopping/dining. This villa was even more wonderful than anyone in our group had anticipated. In all, there were 13 adults; and we had more than enough space and privacy. The entire villa was immaculate, and you could certainly tell it had been tended to by a professional cleaning service. Everything you could need for a large group or lengthy stay was available -- kitchen appliances, TVs in every room, several private suites, etc. And of course the heated pool and hot tub are a welcome reprieve from all-day adventures throughout Orlando. What's more, even with all the provided luxuries and fantastic upkeep, it felt very comfortable. All of the rooms are spaced far enough apart to guarantee privacy, and you could tell the owners put much thought into the furnishings to ensure the villa felt comfortable. There are two kids' rooms, which is a great bonus for most people traveling to Orlando. However, for those who don't have children, even I felt very comfortable staying in one of these rooms. If you are traveling to Orlando in a large group, or even with multiple families, this is the perfect place to stay. You get all the amenities of a luxury resort with the convenience, comfort, and (maybe even more) privacy of home. This is a great vacation house if you have a big group and you want tostay together. We have stayed in many different homes in Orlandobefore and this one rates up there with the best of them. We foundthis villa to be immaculate and decor beautiful! . It has all thecomforts of home. The kids loved their bedrooms upstairs. Everybedroom has their own TVs. Which to us, was a blessing. We loved thepool and jacuzzi tub and extended long patio. The kitchen was greatand had everything I needed to cook. The furniture was comfy, Ourrecent stay at this luxurious villa exceeded all expectations! Afterlong days at the theme parks, coming home to 7 bedrooms, a spaciouskitchen and dining area, family room, and pool area was heaven! Location was perfect! This house was great for our group. We had from age 4 up to 61. There were thirteen of us total. There was plenty of room and privacy for everyone. I would recommend this house to anyone witha large group. Tom was easy to work with and the price was great!!!!!Recommended for: Age 55+.

hi guy's, if you have a large party this is the home for you. our family went to disney and we stayed in this home. the home was more thin a blessing to us. doing the time we were in florida it rain some much a few days we could not go to the them parks and living in this home was just what we needed. it is not far from the parks and wal-mart. our family is looking forward to staying in the home next year. the owners were just great to work with everthing was just as we were told.Recommended for: Families with young children.

We had a wonderful Disney vacation while staying at this home! Our group included my husband and I and our children (ages 8 and 10), my parents, my husband's parents, and my sister-in-law and brother-in-law. Tom's home was a perfect match for our needs because every couple had a king bedroom with full bath. Everyone had their own space and privacy, and yet the family room and pool area were ample for the group to sit comfortably. We loved having our own pool and spa! We swam every day of our visit and were pleasantly surprised to be able to see Disney fireworks from our pool each night. This home is beautifully appointed and the photos you see are accurate. The furniture and appliances were brand new and were very good quality, as were the towels and bedding. Tom was great to deal with and very responsive to any questions I had. And Emerald Island Resort is a terrific community; safe and clean with nice amenities and very close to Disney parks and local restaurants and shopping. If you're looking for a large home with quick access to Disney parks, this is the right place to stay. This gorgeous home more than exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
