Come stay at a new chalet with over 3,400 square feet of living space just four miles from the village of Ellicottville. It is perfectly located for a short drive to Holiday Valley ( 3 miles) or Holimont ( 4 miles).
The Chalet was built in 2008 and has five bedrooms. Three are on the second floor, and two are in a bright walk-out basement ( both with walk-outs to a patio). There are 3 bathrooms and a powder room. There is a wrap around deck across the back of the property.
The chalet has a large two storey Great Room with a wall of windows and wonderful views. There is a separate Media Room on the main floor, as well as a Dining Room with a table that will seat 10 people.
There is a main front entrance as well as a laundry/ mud room entrance with a ski and/or golf bag locker.
This chalet is a great place year round. The area is famous for its winter activities including skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, tubing and snowmobiling. In summer there is golf, tennis and wonderful hiking, biking and challenging mountain biking in the immediate area. Holiday Valley resort has added a new Sky High Adventure Park and new outdoor pools with a water slide.

We enjoyed a great time at this house. It is very well equiped, spacious and well maintained. The communication with the owners was prompt and when we had a minor mainenance issues they quickly resolved it. We will recommend and might come back.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

For the past seven years, my friends and I have been making an annual trip to Ellicottville for our "Annual Ski Weekend." This is our second year in a row staying at this chalet. This is the best place we have stayed by far! The chalet is absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean! The owners are great to deal with as well! We look forward to coming back year after year :)Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Chalet which was located in a beautiful setting. It comfortably accommodated our extended family (8 adults and 4 children) with plenty of room to relax after a day on the slopes. The kitchen is spacious and is well equipped as well. Would definitely recommend it to a friend or relative.Recommended for: Families with young children.
