We take pride in renting ONLY high quality units with quality furnishings. This unit has a great SCREENED IN balcony (no bugs!) and great park like view. One assigned parking spot and additional visitor parking very close.
You could not find a better Central Florida location. This unit is on the SAME street as Legoland Florida apx 2 miles away.
This unit is close to 4 major super markets including a Publix. There is a Wal Mart directly across the street which also has groceries. Dining is easy with Olive Garden, Outback, Mexican, Chinese, and Pizza all within a few miles or a short walk.
There is a 21 day minimum rental period. $500 security deposit, or damage insurance starting at $39. $75 cleaning fee paid out of deposit. 12% FL tax. Small pets may be considered with additional fee and deposit. Please inquire about pets.
