A very nice vacation home in a nice community. Spacious, all the amenities of home. My family enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the end of a day's adventures. Convenient location, easy access to main highways. Would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a nice place to stay for a family vacation. -Graton, NB, Canada

Amazing home away from home

The home was exactly that, a home away from away. Very inviting. Cozy and comfortable. Everything we needed for our months stay was there. With plenty of towels and linens. Our children and grandchildren visited while we were there. The rooms were decorated so cute for the kids. We had 12 for Thanksgiving dinner and there was plenty of room for everyone to move around. We especially liked that it is in the perfect location directly across from the club house (playground, pool, tiki bar, game room, ect...) Just a few minutes from Disney. The owner was excellent to work with from reservations to check out. Do not hestiate to rent this beauty. -- Tamaqua, PA

We loved this house! Very comfy and homey feeling! Felt very safe in this gated community! Deffinitly recommend this home for your vacation home! Would recommend the pool heater for the month of May. It was a bit chilly. This home is spectacular! :-) Deffinitly renting this again in the future! Black River, NY

All the comforts of home plus a little more

This was our first time using VRBO, at first we were a bit worried but when we arrived all that immediately vanished. The house was in a private community, clean and ready for our family. We stayed for 10 days and are already planning our next visit but with some of our extended family too. Davenport isn't too far away from the big attractions and Tampa is less then an hour away so we took a trip to Busch Gardens on a free day and it was the best park in our opinion. Ichiban Buffet was 10 minutes away, an accidental find, great food, great service and happy kids. On the spendier side there was Angel's Seafood Buffet, also 10 minutes away, worth the extra money. Publix, Walmart and Walgreens were all within 5 miles of the house making it even more like home. The whole family had the best vacation ever, and when you have 6 that takes a miracle!

Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We truly enjoyed this house. It was close to Disney as well as Lego Land. The house was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room for our family of 5. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. I would definitely recommend paying extra to heat the pool in November/December since the nights were chilly. We are looking forward to staying here for our next Disney vacation. Our family of six adults and two teens has just returned from the best holiday we ever had! The villa is fantastic and roomy. My son and I barely left the pool. It is perfect, close to Disney, SeaWorld, and the Harry Potter park in Universal Studios. It's only a 1 hour drive to the east coast and Gulf area beaches and the shopping malls, but far enough 'to get away from it all'. The villa is very comfortable for a large group; the three bathrooms is definitely a plus. My teen loves to hang out in the Clubhouse (across the street) after coming home from the theme parks. This villa is highly recommended.

This villa was the perfect size for our party of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids - over 4 years old). The gated entrance staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and so was the house itself. The owners were easy to work with. If I came back to Florida, I would definitely rent from this place again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time in your lovely house! The kids were happy to play in the pool and the Clubhouse located across the street. We appreciated the quiet community very much, and expect to come back in another year or two!

We really enjoyed our recent stay at the villa. It is very clean and spacious, very comfortable to accomodate two families. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was supplied with all necessties. The swimming pool and hot tub was a huge hit - everything was working propertly and was ready for our use on the first day! Kids enjoyed their daily swims and did not want to leave to come home. Even tough it's about 15-20 min to major parks we actually enjoyed the quietness and relaxation the resort offered. I would highly recommend it to other families. Your villa is truly beautiful. We had a great time, the kids loved the pool. The location was perfect, far enough away from all the main strip chaos & traffic but close enough to make it to all of the theme parks within 10-15min. We have already recommended it to other friends, and the kids are talking about our next visit. We have been on a Disney vacation many times, but this was our best Disney vacation by far! I meant to send this sooner but got busy with going back to work after vacation. I wanted to let you know we truly enjoyed the home! It was fantastic! We loved the fact that it was right across from the Club House as well. Our kids liked the home so much that they looked forward to returning home after the day at the parks! I made sure to leave the home sparkling clean when we left. It was also very nice having the washer and dryer too! Thank you so much for opening your home to us to rent. It was great and we would definitely do it again. It was actually kind of bittersweet leaving, my girls said they will miss “the Benjamin”, yes they named the home “the Benjamin”…. They like doing that. They also named the van we rented “Helen!” Ha. Ha. Laura, Maple Grove, Minnesota

We stayed here during Christmas for our Disney family vacation, the bedrooms were very clean. The kids loved the private heated pool. The pool heat is worth it in December. A few gentlemen in our family golfed at the Champion’s Gate golf course a few minutes away and loved it. It was a great golf course, and we got first class treatment there too! This villa was very nice and clean. There were two couples with children and everyone had their own space. It was nice to be able to get up and cook breakfast instead of figuring out a place to go out to. A hotel would have cost us a fortune and we got this house an excellent rate. I would definitely go back to this villa. The service we received from guest services was perfect. They promptly met all of our requests. Having a washer and dryer was perfect. We all went home with clean laundry. Just a few minutes from the house, there is a Walgreen, a grocery store, an Applebee’s restaurant and Disney theme parks are only 15 minutes away. I definitely like renting Villa Houses better than hotels now. You get so much more for your money.

The villa is very clean and has plenty of towels. The community is very quiet and relaxing. Our kids liked the private pool very much. Our stay at this villa was very comfortable and pleasurable. The location of the villa is excellent. It has very convenient Publix supermarket nearby and it is also a short drive away from the theme parks and the shopping malls. Service has been flawless.
