The homes' additional amenities include very private grounds with a private pool and fountains cascading into the pool. There is an extensive and very private patio/poolside area with a covered outdoor dining area and a gazebo ideal for poolside entertaining or lounging. Lighted tennis courts, additional pools and a clubhouse with excellent exercise equipment are available free of charge to all guests.
The home is located within walking distance of the Tennis Garden at Indian Wells and is close to shopping, golf (the Palm Royale course is within walking distance), restaurants and all the attractions of the Palm Springs, Coachella Valley area.
The home includes a master suite with direct access to the spa and pool; living room, formal dining room, large kitchen and morning room. It is beautifully furnished and decorated and is fully equipped inside and out. The swimming pool, spa and fountain have all been recently redone in PebbleTec, the ceramic tile replaced and the pool/spa converted over from the harsh chlorine system to the new soft salt water system which does not irritate the skin or eyes.
