This lovely four bedroom, three Bathroom Villa with Pool & Spa is situated on Five Star Windsor Palms Resort with it's amazing range of resort amenities.
Windsor Palms, a 24 hour gated community, is set in a quiet beautifully landscaped part of Kissimmee but is only a two minute drive away from restaurants and shops. Set amongst palm trees and exotic shrubs, a Clubhouse forms the center for some of the truly fantastic onsite facilities. Windsor Palms is one of the Top Communities in Kissimmee and was featured on the BBC TV Program 'You Call The Shots' June 2003.
In the Clubhouse there are lounging areas with comfy sofas and chairs, a room with Table Tennis, Pool Tables, Video Games, a 56 Seater Movie Theatre (chose a movie for the family), a fully equipped Gym, and a Sundries Shop. Outside is a large deck area overlooking an Olympic Sized Pool with plenty of tables, chairs & chaises plus a Kids Pool and a Jacuzzi.
There are two floodlit Tennis Courts, A Volley Ball court, A Basketball Court for those feeling energetic. There is a bus to take you to the Attraction for a small charge. All this is only two minutes from our Home.
THE VILLA:
This beautiful, non-smoking single story home with private pool and spa can accommodate eight guests plus baby (crib, high chair, stroller & playpen are included in the price). It is beautifully appointed and furnished & equipped to a very high standard.

Master bedroom is grandly furnished with King size bed and wonderful ensuite bathroom with Roman Bath, Walk in shower cubicle, separate 'his' & 'her' vanity unit and separate toilet cubicle plus Walk-in Closet.
Second Master bedroom has Queen Bed with en-suite bathroom (toilet, vanity unit & walk-in shower)
The two twin rooms have walk-in closets & a shared bathroom with Bath/Shower, Vanity Unit, Toilet.

The Living Room has a 31" TV with DVD, Surround Sound, Comfortable sofas (one a sofa bed) Chairs and accent tables.
There is a formal Dining Area as well as a Nook overlooking the Pool for less formal dining. Both seat six.

The Kitchen is well stocked with small appliances, utensils, glassware, china ware, cutlery etc. There are plenty of pots and pans.
