This exciting 5 bedroom, 4 bath home is loaded with architectural charm and designed with the vacationer in mind!! It is designer decorated with Hilton Head style and is perfect for the multi-family beach trip or family reunion. The spacious feeling through out the living areas is enhanced by 10-foot ceilings and beautiful crown molding. The elegant living room has a gas fireplace with extensive woodwork and a stunning armoire with tv/vcr/dvd. Off the living room is the complete kitchen with solid surface countertops and stainless appliances. For dining, there are two separate areas, an informal kitchen table that seats 6 and a more formal dining area that seats 6. Additionally, there is bar-top seating for 4.
The bedroom on the first floor offers a queen bed, TV/VCR, sitting area and private bath. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a massive four poster king bed with grand master bath which includes a spa tub. The third bedroom has 2 queen beds,a TV/DVD/VCR in the armoire and shares a full bath with the fourth bedroom which has twin beds and a TV in the armoire. The fifth bedroom has a queen bed, also with its own TV in the armoire and uses its own full bath in the hallway.
Outside is a screened-in area with 7' by 17' pool and gas grill that is the perfect "after-beach" experience for family "grilling and chilling" in the evenings. This home is located in the serene Singleton beach area, 3/10 of a mile from the beach, and next to Hilton Head's new 70-acre Chaplin Park featuring state of the art recreational facilities such as basketball/tennis courts, soccer fields and walking/biking/jogging trails. Four bicycles are provided at the home for guest's use in exploring the island.
***This enclave of homes at Singleton Beach offers convenient golf cart service to the beach. The shuttle will run from May 27 to September 3, 9 am to 5 pm, Sunday to Friday.

This was our first time in South Carolina and we had a great time. From the minute we walked in we all fell in love with this house. Our dogs really enjoyed the dog park up the street. We are hoping to make another trip to HIlton Head and hopefully stay in a house as beautiful and nice as yours.

This was a perfect setting for our family! We enjoyed the park, biking, the beach and Hudson's Restaurant. Our children and grandchildren have many fond memories of staying at your beach house. The pool was wonderful--perfect for our family.

Wonderful house and furnishings in a great location. All Bedrooms clean and large. Master suite is very nice. Easy to access all parts of the island and safe for the family. Easy walk to the beach or very short drive and parking at the city park.
