Not only a fantastic location but plenty of parking as well for 3-4 vehicles. Renovated throughout with new windows, flooring & kitchen has new countertops & appliances. This sunny living area with large sliders that exit to a wrap around deck where you can enjoy the sunsets on the bay. An open kitchen with breakfast bar & dining area all freshly renovated. Laundry closet & powder bath are also on this level. This 3 floor townhome allows for plenty of space & privacy if needed. Additional TVs are available for your gaming systems as well. Walk to everything!! No need for the car once you have arrived. Easy access to the ocean with a crossing light right on our corner!! Also the manager of this property is very responsive!! Making your vacation stress and worry free!!

My friends and I rented this townhouse for a week and were very happy with everything. The house was the perfect set-up with 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor and 2 on the third floor. The deck was great for afternoon happy hours and my dog enjoyed relaxing outside. It was also a great place for her to dry off after swimming in the ocean. The location was fantastic...close to restaurants, shops and a short walk to the beach. The owner was very helpful with any questions and even had items available for rental. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a dog friendly rental in Dewey Beach.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

This condo is perfectly situated right off the main street in Dewey Beach. It never took us more than 5 minutes to walk anywhere we needed to go - restaurants, shops, bars, the beach. Parking on site for everyone in our party. House has all the amenities needed for a comfortable weekend or week away. Owner is great to work with and will go out of their way to provide area recommendations for guests. Highly recommend!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.

A group of 8 of us went down from Thursday-Sunday and had a blast! It is a very nice house and right in the heart of Dewey. Walking distance to everything. The weather was a bit chilly and rainy the weekend we went down but we still managed to have a great time even at the house. I would recommend this rental to families and groups that need a lot of space. It is a 3 story home which is nice when you need some alone time. Many Dewey homes are rather small. We loved this place! Thanks for everything!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

About the owner: My sister and I bought this home because we have grown up enjoying the Deleware beaches with our families and hope you will too! We have many fond memories of picking crabs and hanging out playing games.
Why the Owner Chose Dewey Beach:
We loved the location first of all, but also the size to accomidate our growing families. We also love the sunset views of the bay, a big bonus. Mostly during the hectic summer it is great to just park the car and not have to worry about getting around, but just enjoying the stroll in the evenings to all the different shops and places to eat.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
When taking the short walk to the beach, you are at a stop light so it is especially safe to cross RT 1 with children and pets. This area of the beach is expecially wonderful if you do have pets. You can take them on walks in the evening on the beach in the summer and there is no time limit during the off season time when pets are allowed on the beach.
