  We had a family event for a week at this beautiful home. The guys went fishing while the girls went to the beach and shops during the day. Hard to say who had more fun. Although close to town, you feel like you are miles away from everything at your own private resort. Everything about our stay was absolutely great. The owner will even give up a few of his favorite fishing holes if asked!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers.

  If you are looking for a comfortable, beautifully appointed vacation home then this is the place to come. My husband is a workaholic and our family vacation at Grouper Hole exceeded are expectations as a place to relax and recharge. The house is so comfortable and the cottage is an added bonus. We loved the privacy and the easy access to the water, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely go back to exquisite Boca Grande and Grouper Hole! In conclusion, if you are looking for the Wow factor and you want a taste of the true charm of what a Florida vacation should be like this is it! Have fun!

  Awesome house, perfect for boating family, immaculately kept. Convenient to town and top notch restaurants. Fishing is world class. I would most definitely recommend to family and friends.

  If you want to totally relax and enjoy the water, beaches and wildlife, this is the place. The house is a spacious retreat that accomadated my large family. We enjoyed happy hour on the dock looking at cove in the evenings. We parked our flats boat at the dock and had access to intercoastal within seconds and were fishing on the flats within minutes. We used golf carts on the island to explore island and go to dinner in town in the evnings. Our kids also did very well off the dock in terms of fishing with a snook light at night to observe all kinds of aquatic life, It was one of the best get aways my family has had and we have already boooked the house for this summer for tarpon season.

  This is what I call gracious costal living! Beautiful home with all the amenities, perfect for family reunion with well appointed furnishings and open living. We loved the island and felt we had just found our perfect paradise. The cove was private Nd beautiful with easy access for our boat. We will most definitely be back!
