Kihei Holiday is a small, low-rise condominium style oceanfront resort property. We have well maintained tropically landscaped grounds, a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gas barbecues, and free off-street assigned parking. The unit is a ground floor unit with a lanai view (not the island) and footsteps from the beach! Kihei Holiday is perfectly situated on South Kihei Road in North Kihei, directly across the street from the famous Sugar Beach! It is on the side of North Kihei where the road is closest to the ocean/beaches and provides easier/less traffic access to all other areas in Maui without having to go through Kihei where it can be heavy in traffic on most days.
Sugar Beach is the longest walking beach on Maui. This area is also a favorite destination for kite surfers, boogie boarders and snorkeling with tropical fish and green sea turtles.
The calendar is always updated and we do offer discounts to make your vacation come true! We check our e-mail daily, and would like to turn our guests into long-time customers. Return customers always get a discount!

Aloha Alicia, Many thanks for the lovely stay at your condo. It was exactly what we needed and what made your place stand out was the 1) positive energy, 2) the closet full of beach items and supplies!! We had a blast at the beach with the boogie boards! Our family of 4 had a great vacation in Maui. This apartment was well located and very comfortable. Everything we needed to make the most of our time in Maui was there.The apartment was clean and well appointed. It is just north of the busy section of Kihea, and the "learn to surf' beaches." It was an easy drive to the West Maui towns, where we caught a boat to snorkel at Molekai, went to see the historic sites and attend a luau. The owner left activity suggestions and a great map for us to get to know the island. A definate 5 star rating!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

The condo was exactly what we expected from the listing and pictures which was a pleasant surprise. It is in a very central location close to everything and being on the ground floor is perfect when you have little ones! The kids loved the pool which was nearly empty everytime we went, and Sugar Beach is great for walks in the morning! We went and explored the island during most of the days and loved having a comfortable home away from home to come back to each night! The beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards and towels made the trips to the beach very convenient and would definitely stay here again! Some must see spots for us would be Paia, Kapalua, Makena, Baby Beach for the kids, Kam II & II, snorkeling off MM14 and sunsets just about anywhere! 808 cafe and Stella Blues never did us wrong and we went back multiple times! P.S. Do grocery shopping at Safeway, much cheaper than the others in Kihei! Mahalo for sharing your home!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children.

Condo was clean, comfortable, and conviently located. Central location made it easy to get to all sights on Maui. Being on the first floor provides easy access, but does sacrifice a better view that would have been available from a higher floor. Overall, the entire experience was just as advertised.Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

Aloha! My family and I stayed in Alicia's condo for 5 nights. This was our first trip to Maui, and we wanted to experience all aspects of the island. The condo is situated in Kihei which is very centrally located to activities on both sides of Maui. The condo itself is newly renovated with high-end fixtures (granite countertops, stainless steel appliances). The furnishings are very nice and the condo is very tastefully decorated. We put the washer and dryer to good use. The condo does not have a dishwasher or oven, but it was not an issue for us as we primarily used the fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. The condo is well appointed with all your beach needs from beach towels to beach chairs. This is a first floor unit, so no need to haul your luggage up the stairs. The beach is literally 400 feet (I actually measured because I couldn't believe how close we were) from the condo. Our early mornings were spent on the beach with our children. The beach here is not crowded at all (unlike Ka'anapali) and less windy. Perfect for young children and very easy to run on (~1.5 miles end to end). Alicia is a gracious host, and was very easily available to provide any assistance before, during, and after our visit. She ensured that we had a great stay. We have already recommended this condo to all of our friends and family. We are trying to figure out how we can expedite a return back to Maui and to Alicia's condo. Alicia, Thank you for letting us use your wonderful condo. It was just as your ad featured, beautifully decorated and had all the things for our 10 day stay. It was so nice having all we needed to fix meals, go to the beach towels, coolers, chairs even snorkle gear, and it has a great central location. We walked to the growers market down the street several time to get fresh fruit. The beach was so close we had our coffee on the beach to start the day and a glass of wine watching the sunset each night, it does not get much better than that! We took you up on the suggestion for the Canoe Club and had a blast! I have never seen so many seniors with such smiles! They were all so friendly. Perfect Thanks We also used Maui Kayak to take a Eco tour and got to paddle with a pod of dolphins! Your condo was so close to the Makena Landing where we took off. Everything we needed groceries, gifts were 10 minutes away. We had a great time driving to Hana, your condo provided all the things we needed for a full day trip. I even got to see a whale thanks to the binoculars you have in the condo, we took them to the beach one day, lucky us! I would stay again and would recommend to my family and friends. Alicia, I cannot begin to describe the most wonderful time we had in Kihei! My daughters wedding was beautiful and the island was just incredible! I want to thank you for letting us into your beautiful home, it made our stay there even more comfortable. I have sent you a picture of my daughter and her husband and my sweet granddaughter at the wedding ceremony! We do hope to return, maybe for Thanksgiving again. The condo was beautiful! The whole experience was more beautiful then I could have imagined. Alicia is so wonderful about answering my questions and providing information and ideas for the local sites and activities. She makes everything so easy! Such a luxurious experience! The ocean and beach are literally right across the street. The pictures on the site are nice, but it is all much more beautiful in person and so well maintained. The pool and sauna were clean and irresistible. I will be staying here again. Once here, you have to come back!! About the owner: Aloha from Brant and Alicia - First trip to Maui was in May of 2002 and it was love at first sight! With Maui that is! We've been visiting the islands 2-3 times a year ever since. We were married in Hana in 2004 at the Hana Maui Hotel; best hotel and spa in the world! We work full time in New Jersey but hope to become locals of the island sometime in the NEAR future!
