You will love to sit on the balcony off the living room and master bedroom drinking your coffee,looking at the beach and listening to the waves hitting the beach on beautiful Okaloosa Island. New Patio Furniture has just been added for the balcony. Okaloosa Island is between Fort Walton Beach and Destin away from traffic in a quiet area off Highway 98 on Santa Rosa Boulevard. The Bay is on the right and the Gulf of Mexico on the left.
The spacious condo has just been beautifully redecorated with a Caribbean decor including new carpet, tile, and furniture. The kitchen and living room have beautiful 18 inch tile. The living room has two new, full-size sofas (one is a queen sleeper). The large master bedroom has new furniture in rich brown hues with a king-size bed.
You can view the beach as you awaken in the morning directly from the bed. The second bedroom has a beautiful new bedroom suit with two queen-size beds that will provide ample space for family and friends. There are also full baths off each bedroom. This condo will comfortably accommodate at least eight.
If you choose to cook there is a fully equipped very spacious kitchen with separate icemaker, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer, as well as other small appliances. Everything you need is in the kitchen! The eating area has a new dining table with four chairs and a spacious bar with four barstools.
The living room has a new 32 inch flat screen TV with DVD and VCR player. Each bedroom has its own TV, and DVD player. The master also has a stereo. Relax by the beautiful solar heated kidney shaped pool or soak in the sun directly on the beach with a nice walkway from the condo to the beach.
Okaloosa Island is only ten minutes from Silver Sands Outlet Mall (the largest in the nation), as well as many restaurants and activities.
