THE NAUTILUS IS RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!!
You will love to sit on the balcony off the living room and master bedroom drinking your coffee, looking at the beach and listening to the waves hitting the beach on beautiful Okaloosa Island. Nice Patio Furniture has just been added for the balcony.
Okaloosa Island is between Fort Walton Beach and Destin away from traffic in a quiet area off Highway 98 on Santa Rosa Boulevard. The Bay is on the right and the Gulf of Mexico on the left on Santa Rosa Blvd.
This spacious condo is beautifully decorated with a Caribbean decor. I HAVE JUST INSTALLED FANTASTIC NEW 18 INCH TILE IN BEDROOMS AND BATHS, The kitchen, dining and living room already had 18 inch tile, (no carpet ANYWHERE). The living room has two, full-size sofas (one is a queen sleeper). The large master bedroom has furniture in rich brown hues with a king-size bed and doors to the balcony.
You can view the beach as you awaken in the morning directly from your pillow while in bed. The second bedroom has a beautiful bedroom suit with two queen-size beds that will provide ample space for family and friends. There are also full baths off each bedroom. This condo will comfortably accommodate eight.
If you choose to cook there is a fully equipped very spacious kitchen with separate icemaker, dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator, stainless steel range, stainless microwave and other small appliances. Everything you need is in the kitchen!
There is also a new washer and dryer in the laundry closet
THERE ARE THREE NEW SAMSUNG FLAT SCREEN LCD HD TELEVISIONS. A 40 INCH IN THE LIVING ROOM, AND 32 INCH IN BOTH BEDROOMS. EACH ROOM HAS A DVD PLAYER AND ONE HAS A VHS PLAYER. THERE IS ALSO A STEREO IN THE LIVING ROOM.
Relax in the beautiful gas heated kidney shaped pool or soak in the sun directly on the beach with a nice walkway from the condo to the beach. OF COURSE THERE IS FREE BEACH SERVICE, TOO
A Tom Thumb/POST OFFICE market is right next door. It has all the things you want to pick up to eat and drink that you would find in a convenience market. Also, it has game rentals, DVD rentals, and great coffee, etc.
Okaloosa Island is only ten minutes from Silver Sands Outlet Mall (the largest in the nation), as well as many restaurants and activities. The Gulfarium (see dolphin shows), Boardwalk, Convention Center, boat and waverunner rentals,and Fishing Pier are very close. You can walk if you wish.
