Newly upgraded, recently landscaped, beautifully furnished waterfront home in North Naples with luxurious private heated pool, expansive travertine deck, screened lanai, boat dock, kayak, Gulf of Mexico ocean access. Home is located in the highly desirable Vanderbilt Beach area close to the Ritz Carlton and Delnor Wiggins State Park. Bike, walk, drive to the beach or sit back and enjoy the many home amenities. Perfect for families, couples, and get away retreats. Why stay in a cramped, crowded, noisy hotel when you can have a piece of paradise for the same price if not less.
Kitchen, Bathrooms, Bedrooms, Backyard, and Flooring have all been recently upgraded. There's a separate dining area for 6 people and a granite top island kitchen for breakfast and snacking. Large sliding glass doors hide away and open up the kitchen/living/dining areas to the screened lanai allowing the outdoors to come inside. There are excellent water views from the backyard, pool area, and boat dock. Relax while watching the sun go down. Swaying palms, water sounds, and refreshing ocean breezes will invigorate you again and again.
Saltwater Pool is one of the largest (18 x 38') and nicest in Vanderbilt Beach. Completed in March 2011, there are many state-of-the-art features including an automatic salt based chorine generation system for ultra clarity and low chlorine level swimming comfort, a shallow sun deck with fountain and umbrella holder, a multi-color LED lighting system for dramatic nightime viewing. The Jandy Heat Pump automatically keeps the water temperature comfortable year round. The deck area consists of 1,000 sqft of travertine natural stone pavers. The deck and pool are complimented by lush tropical landscaping. There are spectacular water views from the pool area. No need to go anywhere, you can have it all right here.
The house has two zones of Heating/Cooling for ultimate guest comfort and a separate indoor laundry room. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and three more under the screened lanai. Bedrooms, living room, and front den all have large format 1080P LCD TVs. The split plan layout provides a Master Bedroom on one side of the house and the 2nd, 3rd bedrooms on the other. The Master Bath has a rain shower, a deep soaking tub, and a connecting walk-in closet with built in shelves and drawers. There is another full bath on the other side of the house adjacent to the 2nd/3rd bedrooms. All bedrooms have nice wide closets with built in shelves and drawers. A half bath off the main entry way provides convenient guest access. The front den is equipped with a queen size sleeper sofa and closable door providing additional accommodations and privacy. The property is located on a nice quiet culdesac in a highly desirable residential waterfront neighborhood. Additional features include a large circular drive, fenced back yard, outdoor shower, and walkways leading to the boat dock. Finally, there is a vacant lot on the right providing additional privacy. Treat yourself to the best of Southwest Florida and do it in style.
The activities here are endless. You can rent a boat and/or kayaks. It's a 15-20 minute ride to the Gulf of Mexico at idle speed. You will see birds, fish, dolphins, and occasional manatees. Or rise early and hit the beach hunting for beautiful shells. Two Jamis Beach Cruisers and Rio backpack beach chairs are available for guest use. You can easily walk, drive, or bike to the beach. Fishing poles, lures, tackle box, and live bait bucket are available to help you land the big one. A stainless steel Char-Broil Quantum gas barbecue grill with radiant heat provides ideal cooking platform for extra juicy steaks and succulent seafood. A large aluminum glass-top table with padded sling chairs and a solid mahogany wood table under the screened lanai provide the perfect place for eating, drinking, reading, conversing, playing cards, board games, net surfing, or just enjoying the outdoors. A newly installed outdoor stereo system with Bose 360 speakers will help keep you entertained. Warning! You may not want to go home again, you may not even want to leave the house. After a week at Disney we really enjoyed relaxing at this great house. The house is very clean and well maintained. Our kids loved swimming in the pool. The owner was very nice and helpful. The location is great for running and the nearby park with direct beach access is easy to reach. Grocery shopping within a mile radius and enough malls within 10 miles to allow European shoppers to fill two more suitcases before going back home. We really enjoyed our time.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

We had an excellent stay in this beautiful home that made our family vacation very relaxing and enjoyable. Everyone in our party enjoyed their accomodations as well. We found that the listing description along with the pictures were exactly as advertised. We had no issues with anything, the house was clean when we arrived and was exactly what the owners had promised. The property is located within close proximity to two beautifil beaches with miles of white sand. You could spend the days at the beach and then come home and swim in the large swimming pool that was heated between 80 and 84 degrees. All in all we had a great time and at very well decorated home in a very nice area of North Naples. My family and I were totally impressed with the home and have given it an A+ rating and would highly recommend it to anyone as the place to stay in Naples.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Stayed for a week at Christmas so we could visit my 92 year old mother. The house was very comfortable and James had everrything well organized. We cooked dinner several nights, had our morning coffee by the pool. There was more than enough space. Beds were comfortable too. We have stayed at hotels and rented condos on and by the beach in Naples For overall experience and value, this place wins. We will be back.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

My family and I spent the first week of October in Naples at this property. In the past we always stayed at a hotel. We truly enjoyed the space and freedom of a home, vs. hotel, on this trip and all the amenities this home has to offer. It is convenient to beach, shopping, and restaurants. The home is equipped with everything you need, including beach supplies, and the pool and waterway access/view is awesome. We will definitely return to this property in the future.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful house - it made us feel on vacations even during a business trip. The place was perfect for 5 persons, everyone was happy with their beds and we spent some evenings at the poolside enjoing the beautiful Naple's sunsets... It was really great! We stayed at the property for one week in December and were very pleased. The house is updated and beautifully maintained. The pool is large, heated and of course a great hit with the kids. Information regarding the home and surrounding area is very well communicated as well. We highly recommend the property and would stay there again in the future.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed in this great home for 5 days in August while on vacation/house hunting for a home in Naples area. This home and location made our house hunting all the more difficult because we were constantly comparing how wonderful this home was to everything someone would want in a vacation home or rental property in the area. The location is super!! close to great shopping and wonderful beach and resturants!! The owner Jim was so nice and very attentive. The only problem was an air conditioning unit that quit in the master bedroom and it was fixed within hours of my phone call to Jim. Our kids loved fishing off the pier in the back and the pool was the best ever!! The house has everything you need for a relaxing time, bikes , fishing equipment including poles, coolers beach chairs ect; only thing missing is heavy duty umbrella stakes to hold beach umbrellas in the sand. they can be purchased at WalMart or Target! The beds are comfy and every room equiped with great Tv's. We loved our stay and hope to return soon in the eent we dont own our own place soon!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed in this beautiful Naples home while in Florida looking to purchase a vacation home of our own. This was wonderfully located close to everything you would want to do...beaches, shopping, restaurants, etc. The house itself was beautiful with new furniture, linens (so comfy beds), kitchen stocked with beautiful pots and pans, cutlery and all the great gadgets you don't always find in a rental. The new pool and landscaping overlooked a wide canal with such a relaxing and stunning view we just never wanted to leave. We even extended our stay last minute and Jim could not have been more accommodating...he was so easy to access for questions and never made you feel like he was bothered. We compared every vacation home we looked at to this one and this home set the standards pretty high. We will definitely be back! Loved it!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We arrived at this home at the tail end of our 3 week vacation which started in NYC through DC and road trip down to SW Florida...Jim the owner was fantastic and helped us out of a rough spot when we were let down by another villa owner so my kids `especially` were very grateful to him. This house has everything...and I mean `everything`...its furnished and equipped to a very high standard and we`ve stayed in many homes in Florida over the years. From the lovely beds to the modern classic kitchen and the state of the art TV`s Blu ray players to the really `cool` den which is so peaceful. The things that impressed me the most were the attention to detail and `little` things you wouldnt get in many rental homes...great `new` bikes...`new` fishing gear plenty for my two boys (aged 9 and 11) to have a go with...and huge `new` cool box on wheels for the beach which came in real handy with the top notch beach chairs and parasol etcwhen we had a day up at `Delnor Wiggins` 5 mins away which is a big recommendation. The pool is amazing and huge compared to some...and no screen so you can catch a great tan...a bonus for us was that it was brand new when we got there and the kids were bowled over. Finally the fishing we did off the dock was fantastic...once we`d got the live shrimp as bait we were pulling all kinds of fish out and it made the holiday....I managed to catch a 7 pound `Snook`...plenty of cat fish (be careful of spikes)...ladyfish,redfish,Sheepshead,and my 9 year old even managled to hook a...wait for it....Sting Ray...I had some fun unhooking that one!!!...and all off the dock behind the house no need to go anywhere else....plus beer on tap as well!!! (not supplied by Jim) The owner `Jim` has been first class in dealing with and has been prompt,courteous and gives out the impression that nothing is too much trouble...and more importantly...delivers. Thanks Jim for making our vacation the best...`up to yet` ha ha.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
