Gulf Shores is not overly populated, yet has everything you could desire. There are ten exceptional golf courses in the area. You can enjoy excellent offshore and inshore fishing, great restaurants, and fantastic shopping at our 120-store outlet mall and local upscale gift shops and boutiques. Our professionally decorated condo is perfect for couples or a small family.The layout is great for kids. There is a bunk area in the hallway (kids love the bunks!) that can be totally shut off from the rest of the unit. There is a door to the private bedroom with a queen bed, and a pocket door between the bunk area and living area. Why pay for a two bedroom condo, when all you really want is a place where you can put the kids to bed and close a door? The unit will sleep up to four comfortably. This was the most "at home" feeling vacation we've ever been on. Your generousity in sharing your condo and all the 'extra' things made us feel so special. My girls had a wonderful first visit to the beach. It was nice to meet Linda and Mary Claire here on Friday. Dear Sikes Family, Thank you so much for the opportunity to relax and unwind in your lovely condo. It was a perfect week and I can truly say we are sorry to leave. The weather was ideal (though a tad hot at times) but the water was great! We saw dolphins most every day which always thrilled us. I can say that our time spent here was just what we all needed. Sikes Family, Wow-where do I begin-let's see on the swing overlooking the majestic ocean, the comfortable condo-"Home Away from Home", your kind patience when I panicked on how to get in after a 13 hour drive and then the kind courtesy call to make sure I got in okay. This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and we had a great time, due in part to your beautiful condo and the most incredible view it affords. We got as much enjoyment just from sitting out on the balcony looking at the gulf, the people on the beach, the birds, the dolphins, the boats etc. and having the sound of the water so close at hand was soothing and relaxing. we especially enjoyed the swing and greatly appreciated the album that gave us information on local attractions and restaurants.
