Hale Koali Villa is the perfect gathering place for family reunions, wedding parties and big families. A few steps from Poipu Beach (1 minute walk), this spacious, two-story, 4br/4ba home can comfortably accommodate up to 12 adults and a keiki or two on blow-up beds! This home on the Beachside Poipu property captures all that's paradise with the sound of surf pounding on Brennecke’s beach, peeks of the blue Pacific and spectacular Hawaii sunsets from the lanai.
Hale Koali has two master suites with full baths and king-size beds and two guest bedrooms with queen-size beds. There are two comfortable queen-size sleeper sofas in the living areas - one upstairs and one downstairs. A large gourmet kitchen in the upper level stocked with all the cookware, appliances and utensils help to make feeding lots of people a breeze. For those that can't do without the internet, wi-fi is available.
Nestled three houses from the beach in a quiet beachside neighborhood, Beachside Poipu is one of the few vacation properties that can handle larger groups.... up to 22 guest. The two homes on property, Hale Koali and Hale Pua, feature expansive lanais, outdoor patios, beautiful landscaping and on-site parking. To us this is the most perfect location in Poipu as it is only a minutes walk to Brennecke's Boogey Boarding Beach and Poipu Beach Park. We are one of the 3 vacation rentals this close to the beach in Poipu. We have really tried with our personal touches to make this a very special island holiday get-away without the expense of staying in a hotel. Located in this charming neighborhood creates special memories for all that have stayed with us.

Ed Sindt & I, (Kathy Bates, not the famous actress) retired here after working & living in Hong Kong for 8 years running a wine business. Decided it was time to move back home to the USA in the fall 2002. Our home Hale Koali Villa (formerly Peri Hale) was managed by a vacation rental company while we were living overseas, once we returned to Kauai we decided to try our hand at enjoying managing our home ourselves. We built the second home on property Hale Pua Villa in 2003 with the thoughts of living there ourselves and decided we wanted to be upcountry for more
space, so now live on 3 acres and added Hale Pua Villa to our rentals. We have just the 2 homes located 150 paces to Poipu Beach Park. We wanted to be able to share this beautiful spot with our many visitors to the island. We have found our property to be one of the special spots on the island due to its great close location to the beach.
